Place is understaffed. Be prepared to wait an hour for pizza because the place gets packed. We ordered extra most best and got some flat disgusting pizzas. They are never cut all the way or cut horribly. By the way my husband waited an hour, the order was wrong, so he had to wait an additional hour after driving all the way back. They didn't believe us that we got the wrong order so they had my husband ask me to send a photo of the one pizza he left at home since we were supposed to have one pepperoni and one cheese. And they gave us 2 pepperoni. Why would he go all the way back then?!
The cashier took about 10 minutes putting coins in the register and didn't washed his hands after touching the money and was passing out the food like that then after 3 customers he left to the back for 5 minutes while the line was long people were waiting outside I recommend to avoid the place until they implement better hygiene practices and hire a better crew
Cheapest pizza you can find. Terrible selection of healthy food, gets expensive if you add ingredients. Sometimes beggars outside, nothing against them but I prefer to make my purchases in peace without making my family feel scared. Run down part of Hayward. Workers there are typically really slow or confused, messing up orders etc. Delivery is ok but charges a lot which is in line with other delivery fees. Messed up my delivery order once and refused to refund or deliver the missing part.
$5 for p so you can't beat that I know I love the deep dish
Literally the 3rd time I've been there only to find out a hot n ready pizza would be 20min....seriously?
Order a pizza online through their app at 7 pm and received a confirmation email of when it will be ready. When I got there the story was empty, lights were on, and closed. We waited outside for over an hour then an employee came out and said that they don’t accept online orders. The employee was very rude. Idek what will happen with the money. They close at 10pm but were locked up by 8:30pm. Never coming here ever again
Had to try planton peproni pizza? Not bad I'll order it again. But make sure you order your pizza ahead..
They never have the food in the portal at the time the app says it will be there. The wait here is always super long, they seem short staffed.
When they are over capacity with orders they still send a email stating when food will be ready. I arrived at the store 30 minutes to wait in a very long line because for some reason they are not doing portal pickup anymore and to find out one of my pizzas was not even made yet. Very disappointing as I had plans and I had to cancel plans because of this. After an hour of waiting I got my pizzas and they were not cut and the crazy bread had no parmasan on them.
I know this is the cheapest around but I love lil caesars pizza. Locations a little ruff but have had no problems.
