Korean corn dogs, donuts, and vietnamese coffee…how can you hate on this?! The employees speak viet too incase you have language barrier issues

Reasonably priced, got a rice hotdog with potatoes, a combination banh mi, and a Nutella mocha donut all were good ☺️Although one very minor complaint is they don’t have a napkin dispenser
The place is pretty big, busy , n takes a bit of time . Not a lot of parkings . Tried the mochinuts, not too bad.
This 5 star rating is for the selection of food / snack /drink options they offer. Only have tried the dirty matcha and the mochito drinks and they were really good and on point, not too sweet not bland not strong not weak. I plan to come again and try more drink plus the food options (I.e. bahn mi and baguette). Glad this place is here.
Very reasonable prices. Their banh mi are a good size and delicious! They have a wide variety of food/snacks and even offer mochi donuts. I will definitely be going back again.
Amazing boba, very soft always perfectly cooked, and the baguettes are always soft for my banh mi!
This is a pretty legit Vietnamese cafe. I think they have low reviews since they took over the Lee’s Sandwiches location.I got the banh pate sau (puff pastry with Vietnamese meatball) which was super tasty and egg rolls (I asked them to make fresh) and was pretty good.I also got mochi donuts and the hot Cheetos corn dog and both was addicting. I definitely will get again.Oh and the Vietnamese coffee was one of the best I’ve had and I’m Vietnamese!Next time I’ll try their banh mi. This will be a regular spot for me!
