While the chicken tasted good the pieces were small and there were parts that should have been removed. Something that looks like the spine. Also we were supposed to get 2 mashed potatoes and gravy and we only got the gravy.
Visit a Jollibee anytime you get a chance! Prices are pretty steep, but so worth it! Takes a little time to get your food, and the lines can get long. Food is DELICOUS! Fried chicken, Palabok, and the dessert pies all fabulous!
They have so much staff yet response time is slowest than any Jollibee in the Bay Area. I still can’t believe a Jollibee cannot anticipate the amount of food they have to precook for a weekend. Unless, the facility is too small for the demand around the area. Definitely not worth going here on peak times.
If haven't tried jolibee. Well you definitely have to. Chicken Joy. Name speaks for itself. The spaghetti is the Bomb. Better than any Italian restsurente you ever visited Try it, you'll love it.
1st time we had jollibee when we went to New York we ordered family bundle,they served us rice bigger container than this location and tasted much better. As you can see the picture they served us raw chicken ?. I understand was busy but you shouldn’t serve raw chicken to customers!! Really disappointed!!!05/14/2022

Newer Jollibee in the Hayward area. Clean inside and same good chicken. Dining area is now open and always kept clean.
Did not have spicy chicken -- Seriously? Agreed to get a 3-piece Chickenjoy without spice, and it was bland as cardboard. Apparently the chicken sandwich comes in a Spicy version, but not the regular chicken pieces. Awful. Will not be back to this store.
Very bad attitude. I ordered from online, when I arrived here the food is not already yet. They said 5mins, I waited for 15 mins, after that I asked employee, they had very bad attitude even impatient to me. After half hour, I asked them again, they said another 5 mins. I can wait, but they have to have a bad attitude. Be nice to your customer please!
Its my frist time buying jollibee I order the 10 pcs meal but I don't know if they give me my order wrong they give me 1 container of mash potato, 1 adobo rice, fries and 2 containers of gravy????? I don't know if the order was like that for $27.almost $28
