Music soo loud,this place it’s a good clean up. There’s garbage on the floor and window are super dirty.
Just came in and as a black woman I was extremely pleased to see the faces behind the voice on the phone, young Africa American men who exceeded expectations of great customer service. Because the online process did not allow me to make modifications to my order I was told by staff to call in after placing my order to make modifications. I can go on, at the least let me say, with staff like this I will definitely go out my way every time to purchase at this location. Thank you guys. I was having a bad evening and my experience today turned my day around to a good one. Jamba4life

Weird vibe. Seems like the employees are focused on the online orders and offer poor customer service. Not even a hello! But they seem very busy. I’d recommend ordering online…And they gave us weird cups… something was off therrr
I wish I could give this 0 stars..I started writing this on 8:25pm..the hours say they close at 9 pm!! They were already closed at 8:23pm...there was three people in there doing I dont know what..I went up to the door and pulled it and it was already locked..one of the girls that was In there just looked at me and looked down..she didnt even bother to say we're closed. If hours were changed they should change them all around were hours are listed.
Horrible customer service. Cashier act like she hard of understanding simple orders. Always have to repeat 3 times. She not friendly. Very annoyed card only.
Unfortunately it's in a horrible location bums everywhere but y'all can't do anything about it. No chairs to sit and nowhere to eat, out of items last I was their... Food wasn't that great after that...

They are making good smoothies, but the only issue it hard to place your specific order, the workers there only programming on the list in the menu, every time I place order here they give me the wrong ingredients, I request mangoes with whole milk but they make me mangoes with almond milk, I request mangoes with pineapple but they give me mangoes with banana ?, but they still good people just the need to hear clearly and widen their menu
