I ordered the most basic cheeseburger in the world and the 10-piece chicken nuggets. I ordered during a slow down in drive-thru orders, so my order got taken, payment made, and meal ready in approximately 4 minutes 46 seconds- very impressive for a JITB.I would visit again?
They said they would not sell individual items (croissant’s, egg, cheese) & I that I would have to buy the supreme items because they’re “not part of the same franchise”. Service was terrible and rushed. He speedily said “anything else” 6 or 7 times in 15 seconds throughout the drive thru order. Food was good, however.
The food was hot and the service was courteous. The car line was fast.

Needs better management. Complete my order, don't tell me to pull to the side then drop my food when you bring it out just to rebag my same food with dirt. Absolutely hate this jack and would rather travel across town to the one on Winton to be treated right. If I ask for sauce give me the sauce don't give me a limit like one a per a premium burger.
From the most affordable Chick3n sandwiches to the expensive boxes out here... I love all of them because of their taste, portion and the quality & freshness of all products.
This place is dirty and the staff is sub-par...... Waited in line for about 15-20min; car in front of me took super long to order.
Customer service now sucks that were trying to find a new normal through the pandemic. Food is good. Prices are a bit HIGH!! At the counter they treat you like garbage to me. Hey human kindness goes a loooong way Jack in the Box!!

Everything was perfect, food and service. The only problem I experienced was the people in line were very rude, non stop honking!!!
