Went through the drive thru about 45 mins ago & came home to find out they forgot the chocolate overload cake, the ONLY thing my daughter requested. It's sooo annoying because it was paid for & to the crew working around 10:30p.m. on 5-7....You made a kid super disappointed in your lack of effort to double check, I shouldn't have to cross my fingers & hope my order is right...THAT'S YOUR JOB !!
Had a jr. Jumbo jack it was nasty but I told them to exchange for a chicken sandwich instead and they agreed.
I ask for fully loaded Tiny Tacos. They gave me regular. Check your food before leaving.
I never have had any issues with this location ever!! Always hot, fast and correct. This visit was the same, the guy that took my order was awesome at his job, everything correct. Also those who prepared the food did a great job, all tasted fresh and hot even by the time I got home. I drive past 1 other Jack in the box just to come here. Thanks guys!
This is a busy jack and the box. They have fast service so make sure you get your order righ or you will have to get back in there line.
The soda machine must be dirty. Maybe they are not adding all the syrup as it tastes funny. Maybe the employees dont know how to cean or fill the machine. Has been this way for roughly 3 months. When I order a cluck sandwhich the employees keep giving me spicy cluck sandwhich. There is a huge difference. Does not matter if you door dash, go inside or drive through yourself. My suspicion is the employees don't care, can't read or want you to eat spicy whether you like it or not. The fries have been undercooked for about as long as the soda has been whack. This franchise go up a d down in terms of quality too often. I'm looking for a consistent franchise location instead. The one by the college is under consideration.
