Cold fries The sandwhich was extra crispy making a crunch sound when I took a bite. Every bite. The sandwhich was smaller, the meat didnt even go to the end of the sourdough bread crust the tomatoe did and was the best part of the sandwhich the cheese almost melted off the burger. The HI-C Punch with ice was great on that hot day.
When you order a southwest salad, you would think it comes with everything including the dressing and topping. However, seems like whole did my two today didn't give a single care to include the toppings at all.

It's a fast food chain and workers don't get paid a lot. I get that. Still that all is visible. There was dirt on the floor at the entrance. I was there already fifteen minutes after the food should have been ready for pickup. Unfortunately, the order has not even been started....

If you want inaccurate orders, by all means come here. I ordered a Buttery Jack with a Jumbo Jack with Cheese and Onion Rings and Fries and they gave me 2 jumbo jacks with cheese! This franchise is messed up by all means and its an inconvenience to me to walk because I do not drive. It seems the people who make the orders here do not pay attention to what people order. Next time I think I will order from another place for my husband and I as this Jack in the Box does not place any care into taking orders. Shame on me for coming here again and shame on me for not checking the order because I should not have to .
I like this jack in the box better than the one down the street that is always out of certain products and the employees don't know English well
