Good sandwiches but the second time I went, I was waiting for my sandwich and I felt someting on my leg and brushed it off, it was 2 maggots. No idea how a maggot got onto the table I was sitting at but I won't be going back.

For older customers, maybe consider the Type-Size on your menu...the Titles for your Sandwiches don't describe the contents?

I usually love Ike's, but this location wasn't up to par. Sandwhich was kinda dry, and the one I ordered is suppose to be very saucy. I said my order but I suppose they misheard me, because I asked for the works and did not get an add of Banana peppers. That one, I can understand, despite maybe being so easily brushed off with a lack of confirmation from the cashier. Then my GF lost her phone, so we called them to ask if theyd seen it, because we had left, and they picked up the phone and hung up. Who ever is managing this place might consider some changes.

This place makes a damn good sandwich. I got the Dirty Reuben sandwich and it was tasty. Honestly, it's worth the high-ish price.

Got a Madison bum garner for $14.65. Barely any meat and it was burnt.Highway robbery happening at this location

Love this spot for delicious and inventive sandwiches and combos. I am impressed with the large list of Vegan options and fantastic toppings/add-ons. If you have a chance, I recommend The Pilgrim sandwich. It's utterly scrumptious no matter the time of year. And, they are the only chain I know of that serves Agave Vanilla soda on tap. It's SO good. I can't praise Ike's highly enough. They're the Best!

Consistently good. Big sandwiches with good size filler. Love the local specials' names/sandwiches.

One of my go to lunch place. Sandwiches are all good. Hit and miss with the customer service.

No mayo, mayo substitute (dirty sauce) has undisclosed ingredients. Does have chili. Charged me for "Italian dressing" (oil and vinegar ( traditional on a sub so why the up-charge?)). Most stuff has some sort of chili in it so little flavor. Unlikely to return...Thanks for replying. I contacted you with more detail on your site. Here's what I said:You responded to my google review and asked me to contact you to "discuss how we can improve" so here it is.You could not up charge me a dollar to get what is a standard part of a sandwich. Especially when you do not offer the condiments I would like. You could provide a reasonable amount of meat on what was a basic turkey sub with avocado and bacon. My sandwich had no bacon at all, perhaps a ounce and a half of turkey, way too much lettuce, hardly any tomato, and couple of thin strips of onion. Although the quality of the french roll was just right, it became a shredded lettuce sandwich with hints of other flavors. Not worth the $15 I paid for it. If I had had more time on my short lunch break I would have brought this to the attention of the manager at the store, but as I was eating in my car on the way back to work all I could do was a quick google review.Glad you got someone looking at them, but as you don't have a menu one can read efficiently (designed more for a sit-down restaurant rather than a counter based sandwich shop) I couldn't find anything that was appealing to my tastes and you seem to have a divergent idea of what makes a good sandwich and no space for a person who prefers flavor over fire. It seemed, as I stood there trying not to obstruct the short line I was in, that there was nothing on your menu that did not have your "dirty sauce" on it, and no way to know what was in that condiment. When I asked, the kid at the counter told me it was mayonnaise with spices. I asked what spices and he said that policy prohibited him from saying. I asked if it had chili in it I was told it had "a little." A subjective statement that, in that past at other restaurants, has made food inedible for those of us who prefer flavor to having our mouths set on fire. Putting capsaicin in any product without indicating it assumes an acquired taste has been acquired by everyone and so narrows your potential market. Some people never learn to substitute the burning pain of chilies for the flavor of actual spices. So, to respond to your wanting to know my experience and that "We want every guest to feel loved, respected, and appreciated and we want your visit to be satisfying."Don't rush my decision, provide a menu that is easily read and deciphered in a line at a lunch rush, balance the amount of ingredients so it not 30% bread, 50% iceberg lettuce, and little else. Make some standard condiments available (and without an up charge (e.g. oil and vinegar, mayonnaise)). Then you might have a place I will go to.

I've only had Ike's a few times, but thus far, it's awesome! You can't go wrong with Ike's. It's definitely a must try if you haven't.
