2nd time visiting Guadalajara in 2 days. Such a huge variety of ice cream and desserts. Freshly made Tortas too! Their milanesa was pretty good. Love their Bionicos (fresh cut fruit covered in rich condensed milk cream with granola sprinkled on top). Also tried their papas preparedes (crispy potato chips with lemon juice and hot sauce). And loved their frozen, chocolate & peanut covered banana (not pictured). So delicious!
1st of all service is bad they take too long2nd the ice cream is nasty very artificial flavor3rd I asked for a mango smoothie and they gave me strawberry never coming again McDonalds ice cream is better than that.Prices are out of the world.Next I'm going to don gaspacho ice cream shop much better and faster service
the people who work there in guadalajara are very rude and very bad in the whole service...it seems that they don't work without wanting to work, I will never come back.
When it first opened, the food and service was amazing! I feel like the portions have gotten smaller over time, but are still pretty good. I'm not sure why this individual has been asked to cover the counter, but there is one guy that works here and his customer service is absolutely foul. He is never friendly, much less polite, and he makes you feel like a nuisance for coming in. Thankfully not all the employees have this type of attitude, but for someone who also works in customer service, my coworkers and I find this completely unacceptable. I'm hoping to see a positive change soon, because it honestly makes me think twice from coming in.
They should get zero stars for parking the company van in a handicap parking at the San Leandro Home Depot. Two me jumped out and just got what they needed I ask when they came out and they responded what ever I posted pictures.
Unfriendly staff. Made me feel like I was going to ask for free food. If I am going to spend my hard earned and little money at a business, I expect to at least receive a smile from whoever that is there.
Love the variety of ice creams they have. It was really hard to choose, Wanted to eat all. People there helped us to choose and since we were there for the first time, they offered us a complimentary ice cream as well. Will go again.
Really bad service it's a good place but the service it's not good that all
My first time going and I’m really apset with my visit, bad service, long wait time for your food, rude employees, I hade to repeat my order multiple times because they kept forgetting and even got my order wrong ?. I hade asked for a gaspacho with jicama, pineapple, and mango. I told her to make sure not to mix it with papaya because I’m allergic to it, she gave me mango, pineapple, and papaya ? not only that but I also asked for a chicharrón preparado and it ended up coming with a fly ? in it I tried asking for a new one but she just took the fly out and tried giving it to me ?. I ended up having to tell her to remake it sadly that one ended up coming with a hair in it ?. I am very disappointed with my visit her and will not be coming here again, do not suggest coming her either.
Oh my goodness there agua fresca de Sandia is amazing ! I literally wish I can buy gallons of it ! It's so sweet and fulfilling . Also there paleta de Sandia is like there agua fresca Frozen !
