Been sometime since I ate out.This place is well maintained ! Good service. The only thing I had a problem with was STICKER SHOCK ! I payed $16.90 for a great burger and an order of fries. It was all worth it when I faced the fact of inflation. After I ate , I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day ! Everything was in good portions !
First time going to them two weeks ago been there five times their burgers are delicious fries are too I like the fact everything be cooked fresh
I called in my order. Great customer service on the phone, and when I arrived to pick up my order. All the way bacon cheeseburger with grilled jalepeños, cajun fries, and a bacon milkshake. Always on point. Thank you!
Always consistent food. Just wish there online order system had the ability to request extra extra well done. I do not like my meat wet inside. Best fries in the business. Will repeat business.
Food can be better and there's a bunch of characters working behind the counter. They laugh and talk over the food...like while making it, laughing and talking so much you can literally see spit fly. The food prep area is dirty and unorganized and how they prepare the food is super sloppy.
The food is what you expect but, of the handful of times I've ordered food to-go online, they have yet to start preparing the order until I arrive for pickup. I feel like that kind of defeats the purpose.

I ordered my burger before driving over. The place was busy, there was quite a wait for a Thursday at 5:30 pm. I finally got my order and when I got it home I noticed the mistake... I had ordered an extra patty, expected 3 patties; I was disappointed not to get it... I need to find a wait to get credit for the missing patty, otherwise it's a great place for burgers and fries... guess I need to check the order before leaving the store, it's not easy because they wrap the burgers in foil and it's buried under a ton of delicious fries.
This was my first time ever at 5 Guys. I arrived 15 mins before closing was met with great energy from whole crew
Order online went to pick up my order and didn't have it they gave it to the wrong person sow we had to wait 25 minutes for our order
