Drive thru experience is FAST. QCame here expecting to be 30 to 45min wait. Nope, wasIn N Out in minutes. Food, everything was neatly packed, Chicken was very well cooked the flavors were just amazing woody flavor like mesquite, very tender and juicy. Thanks for great service.
I love the double chicken tostada! It's fresh, it's great quality and quantity, and the price is also fine.The salsas are great, the Pico de Gallo is amazing, the green sauce is just a bit hot and the house salsa is great with the tostada.The staff is amazing, they are very warm. Mostly Latinos that make you feel like at home.
Ordered classic chicken tostada. When I got home found I had more lettuce than anything else. Hardly any rice or beans, no cheese. Even the tostada was thinner than it use to be. Since the pandemic, the quality of the food has gone down. Like a lot of places, they seem to have a hard time hiring people. The cashier was giving me my change and she let the wind blow $5 bill away. She apologized, but sat there and expected me to get out of my car (which I couldn't) and go get it. I had to tell her to get someone to come outside and get it because I couldn't. I was at the drive thru and couldn't get out of my car on the driver's side. I won't be going back.

Horrible food PERIOD!The flavor of the food is beyond a white washed way of cooking. Drive-through completely messed up on my order. This is my 1st time trying this place and last time. Believe it or not Chipotle has better seasoning too heir food.it was THAT NASTY...
Used the app for the first time tonight at 830pm. Curbside pick up wasn't available in the app. Received free chips & guacamole for downloading the app. There was a long wait for pick up orders. Long drive-thru line at this hour seemed unusual but I think it's normal. Loved the food!!
My rating is purely based on the speed of service. Some food is not worth the wait. It took 50 minutes waiting in the drive thru. With about 10 cars in line. Which is not many, when I compare to In n Out drive thru of about 25 cars. Way too long for mediocre food.
Used to be my favorite place to eat at but lately the chicken has been very dry,They’re really stingy, it’s like I’m eating a tostada with lettuce and salsa barely any chicken barely any rice barely any beans it’s ridiculous. Also don’t come here if you don’t have more then 20min to wait!
Be hungry when you go here! The chicken is awesome, and the fact that the place has a long line of folks waiting confirms that many agree with me. Service was fast; food was hit (and scrumptious), and we all ate happily ever after (LOL). #TheBrokerWithAHeart
I think it’s important to give positive feedback when an establishment goes above and beyond. Today the team at this location accidentally gave me the wrong order. I called and right away I was told they would take care of it. I did have to go back but to make up for the error they not only replaced my meal with the correct one but they threw in a whole large order of guacamole and chips. Along with some extra of that cilantro dressing. This is great customer service considering the guacamole and chips cost almost as much as the salad I bought with a coupon. Good stuff.
