I ordered ceviche and the chicken sandwich (Peruvian style). Both absolutely delicious! Both the chef and his wife ( who was taking orders) were amazing. They treated me like family.And, to top everything off, there was a nice covered sitting area too! I will most definitely be returning!
We're pescatarian. Had the ceviche (yum) and some fries (without the hot dogs). Ceviche was so good. Well seasoned with an amazing lemon marinade! Served with the traditional crispy corn which added a nice crunch! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. This is a food truck, but there was covered outdoor seating. We'll be back!

Today I went to El Causa and both the ceviche and aji de gallina I had were absolutely amazing. Every spoonful brought back memories from home -- that's how authentic the food tasted. The fish in the ceviche was really good and cooked to perfection with the lemon juice. The aji de gallina was so creamy and had a little kick to it but very mild. But what stood out the most to me was the service. Both the owner and his wife were very friendly and even surprised me with a little sample of one their dishes (pollo al horno), which was soooo tasty.
