Can't find my order on tracker so I called the store. Said my order should be arriving. 25 minutes n no food n store either hangs up on me or doesn't answer the telephone. I finally got a hold of the team member and they couldn't find my order and then they found it and told me that they would still be 10 minutes that they were on their way. So need to say I'm waiting 35 or 40 minutes from my pizza and I'm just getting it now 40 minutes later and it's been 55 minutes to an hour since I placed my order
My portion was hilariously SMALL . I ordered pasta and the very next day I had food poisoning .any other dominos but this one .
My whole order was missing then it took me 5 days straight to reach out to the owner. The staff kept saying they let the store manager know about my order missing and call me back. Never got a call back from “store manager”. I had to call and ask every day till they said “you should talk to the owner”. When i finally got a hold of the owner after 5 days of trying, I wasn’t able to get a refund cause i paid with apple pay. So, the owner told me that he has given me the store credit. He said i could just use my address and phone number and it would automatically be paid with store credit.Well I’ve tried today and there’s no store credit.I called the store as well and they said they saw nothing on their system.I ordered $92 worth of order. And now i have to try again to get a hold of the owner. This is ridiculous.
Good service, and delivery drivers. I love this location it's always delicious and hot upon arrival.
Delivery was really slow. Ordered at 6:30, tracker said driver left with my order at 6:45, then said it was delivered at 7:25. Except it wasn’t actually delivered.Called and asked what the status was and apparently it was still on the way. I waited and finally delivered at 8:15.Probably won’t order from here again ?
Pizza was cold and showed up 1 hour 1/2 late even though they are literally 1 block away. Not worth the high price and aggrevation.
It takes well over two hours for your pizza to be delivered and it’s not the first time this has happened. Today I kept checking for over an hour and 30 mins it hasn’t left a location saying it’s 12 mins away (photo below)I called and they apologized saying our driver is an old man and it should 15 tops and that was 30 mins ago. I understand being busy and short staff but this happens quite often. Location of Dominos is Main St in Hayward Ca
Always an easy online experience with prior delivery
Worst customer service. I ordered from here twice within 24 hours and I’m so unhappy with the customer service. First they had a terrible attitude on the phone and they lied and said they don’t deliver to our location. Then The delivery driver is clearly very lazy and refused to bring the order to our door. I’ve never had this experience ordering delivery with any other dominoes location in all my years of ordering from here. Also, the wings were absolutely disgusting and seemed like the sauce they used is old or expired.
Horrible experience, waited for 30+ minutes for my pizza because they forgot my wings, i always order dominos from another store that always does a great job but this time since i was starving coming back from work i decided to order my pizza for pick up at this location, the staff did not apologize for making the mistake nor making me wait, and on top of that they didnt even rush my order to get me out of here! Im extremely disappointed. Stay sway from this store
