Be ready to wait, on everything! We waited 30 minutes to get seated for a party of 5 with no one in the lobby. Our party was only seated after a party of 4 that had just arrived was seated and I went to inquire with the hostess. Then we waited 10 minutes for our waitress to even speak with us.After ordering our drinks, we waited another 25 minutes for a glass of beer and a glass of wine. The food for half our party, who ordered burgers, came out about 30-40 minutes. We were told to be patient on our chicken. After half of our party had finished their food, the chicken came out. But when the chicken came out, the 20 piece boneless chicken was more like a 20 piece of popcorn chicken and heavily breaded. This location has a great atmosphere and I love the TVs everywhere. But I am reminded about how bad the service is when I come back. I feel that this location has so much potential but management at this location needs to shape up before the bad service catches up and another Hayward restaurant closes down.
This was the worst experience. The hostess was unbelievably out to lunch. No common courtesy. Some really nice man came and seated us eventually as he seems also frustrated that we weren’t seated. Then we get seated only to have Farroz ask up to get up from this table because he doesn’t want to clean this table. He didn’t help with picking up menus our my baby’s high chair. Then we order coffees after waiting for 30 minutes only to be rudely told that the menu is lying and no one makes coffee here. Ordered our food. If you are hungry and traveling - go anywhere but here. The one star is given as it is the only way it will let me post. If you are reading this - my rating is negative 5 stars
It's a B-Dubs. If you've been to one before, this is pretty much the same experience as any other. If you haven't, it's a chain restaurant with a sports bar theme; there's games on TVs lining the walls and plenty of drinks and bar food to enjoy, with a focus on their wings. In my experience, B-Dubs is a pretty good place to go for bar food and drinks in a sterile sort of environment; basically getting the bar food experience without the bar experience, which can be hit or miss. This B-Dubs executes that expertly; the waitstaff has been consistently attentive and engaging, and the kitchen turns out good food. There's a wide array of brews and cocktails as well, meaning there's a drink for anyone or any menu item. The food has the same variety; as a mostly vegetarian (I accept some cross-over with meat byproducts), I really appreciate the cauliflower wings being executed well, as well as the other meatless options (pretty much all fried). In short, it's an indulgent experience with alcohol and fried, unhealthy foods, and a pretty good spot to catch a game if you don't mind the crowds. It just lacks the oompth to take it from a really good experience to an remarkable one.
Black server with blonde hair got an attitude when I asked not to sit at the bar. Said I had to wait 5 minutes for a table when it’s super slow and there’s over 12 tables clean and available. Sat at the table and was ignored untilI eventually walked out. Be prepared to not eat when you get here for at least another couple hours
Placed an online order scheduled to be ready at 9 pm. At 945 I finally receive part of my order. 15 minutes later I have my complete order. The food is now cold and I'm not happy. There were customers waiting to be seated who received their food before me. Isn't the point of online orders is not to have to wait for ones order? Terrible service!
Absolutely the worst. No one was at the take out counter for 10 minutes when I arrived so I had to order online while I was at the restaurant. Then it took over an hour for the 30 piece of wings I ordered to be done, despite an estimated time of 30-40 minutes. Multiple people that were waiting at the same time canceled their orders because of the wait and lack of response from workers and the manager.
First time to a Buffalo Wild Wings. Received a couple gift cards for X-mas. Called in the order, and the to-go specialist (Leslie?) was a true all-star. Made some great suggestions, helped us with some small changes, repeated the order back and quoted the approx time. 35 min. The online ordering quoted us 1 hour for pick up, that's why we called. We got a couple burgers with fries, some wings (she offered plenty of side sauces to sample) and some coleslaw. I arrived early, the order was almost ready. Leslie grabbed the food and helped ring me up with the two $25 dollar gift card. The total was 53 and change so had to use my card, no issues and allowed me give her a nice tip. She was professional, helpful, friendly with great phone etiquette, a lost art these days. Brisket burger was delicious, but I like the Buffalo Bleu burger better. (Reminded me of the Bleu ribbon burger from Red Robin that has been discontinued). Slaw was a little bland, now I know but I love slaw so no loss there. Wings were hot, and crispy. My only issue is this place is pretty expensive for Burgers and Wings. 2 burgers and sides, 1 order of 10 Wings, 1 order of slaw 53 bucks and change. Food was tasty, and good for a treat. Not really healthy enough for me to eat everyday, but once in a while wouldn't hurt. Thanks
Wings are delicious but just takes a while for your order call or order ahead of time worth it lots of parking very skimpy on the ranch only fill it up like 1/4 of the way you need like four cups to fill one up.
I ordered street tacos for $6.49 and a featured cocktail with henny in it for 8.$ they were both delicious. Nice prices. It can get a little bit busy but we were able to get seats at the bar right away. They offer dine in or take out. I bet that door dash will even deliver. The crowd was nice server's and staff were friendly. They even have healthy wings now with couliflower crust gotta get back to try them out, its great to see places that offer healthy foods too. I like this place it's close to the gym.
Dani Castro did a fantastic job! Thank you for making our dining experience one of the best!!!!
