Little busy, rowdy, noisy at this location, but go for the bar samplers at happy hour and a shrimp sizzling platter and you're good. Salad side was miniscule, I had to ask them to take it back and fi d the rest of the salad was like 2 fork full only. Stay away from the bowls, they sometimes are not fresh at all. Shrimp undercooked make sure they do it right but tasty. Appetizers as usual are good here. Waitresses are overworked, and inefficient, if the bar is not too crowded is your best bet.
My girlfriend and I went there,after watching Harry Potter,which I will review post haste. Awaiting her Mom,to pick us up,and being a cool night went in,where greeted slightly suspiciously but efficiently and after a precursory up n down appraisal, left to our own devices,. We found a corner spot, and after a small wait, the wait staff approached . I Gave her the desires of a cup of water and a Pepsi. She was repetitive on informing me we would have to pay for the beverages,,which is the final interaction we had,sans delivery of them. Efficiency is appreciated, though it does do well to blend it with happiness to see your guests,and showing that you areOtherwise, efficiency is a machine, and you are it's grinding gears. Usually I'm over the top on my birthdays, travel, expensive restaurants etc but this year I'm just wanted simple. My sisters, my grandkids and myself went to Applebees. We has an amazing waitress and an amazing dining experience. Thanks Applebee for the love ❤ on my special day
Service was good, I didn't have to wait long for my orders. The food was good and warm when we received it. Unfortunately, I did not like being crammed at a small table with my family of 6, and the area around it not be cleaned well enough.
The menu deals are good but as a single working woman who watches her budget I would have appreciated seeing drink prices in the menu and a bit more understanding from the server rather than the laizzez faire response received when I asked about it. She didn’t care that I was bothered. I ordered water. I am sure the server will be happy that I likely won’t go back anytime soon. As the old song says, I “work hard for the money” and would prefer to enjoy myself more when I spend it.
Sit at the bar! Applebee's is a great experience at the bar. Self seating, as long as there's a seat. Chat with your neighbors, or our neighbors if you're from outta town. Cold beers, great drinks, happy hour specials, and lots of TV's if you're bored. Good food, served quick!
Great welcoming staff. Easily got a table in the bar without waiting. Really nice drink selections. Good salads and desserts.
