I placed an order through door dash and forgot something small (cheese sauce). Nikki was extremely accommodating and added it for me. I order from this wingstop often and they are always friendly. Best wingstop ever, glad it's in my neighborhood Go Nikki...
Hope the owner sees this message I run a business and I don't treat my employees the way the manager Rosie does the owner approved a raise on the cashier to a manager named Sandra now Rosie tells Sandra she does not deserve it due to not promoting the store as far as am concern is not Sandra's responsibility to do that. When they don't some one to cover shifts she calls Sandra how about she covers for someone shifts. Sandra always and no one one wants to step up and say something Employees you guys need to say something so the owner can see what type of Management his store is in everyone stays quiet because of the type of people that runs the business, I am a Owner a Manager I run my business. This store will go down as soon as Sandra will get out of that store, that's why people quit in that store.
I wanted some wings and stopped by this location. Hot and tasty wings.. everyone here is so friendly. I will be back
Went to this Wingstop the other day and it took almost an hour to get my order. There was only one manager and one cook while it was busy, they seemed stressed out. I asked the girl packing my order who the boss and he said her name was Nicole. She did not seem to care about her employees or how busy it was. She was not helping at all. Need better management. I’m giving it two stars because the food was still good and the two employees looked like they tried their best despite the poor management.
Worst place ever we ordered through the phone they said they will have my meal ready in 18 minutes I arrived to the place waited more than 30 minutes with my kids inside the car have my husband waiting for the food during the rain. Definitely not ordering from this place no more ??

Food was great but pretty bad customer service. I saw the workers gather together just talking I would say for at least 10-15 minutes. So it took them 30 minutes to make my food and mind you there was literally barely any customers.
I ordered online and called in and Oscar was very helpful.
I had the best experience at this location.. whoever is running this store keeps it so clean.. thank you.. because of Covid it’s scary to go to eat at places
