It's been a long time since I went to Subway, rather go to Jersey Mikes, but I had a gift certificate for Subway. The young girl who waited on me wasn't very engaging but she made 2 beautiful subs. Food service has been so bad since Covid restrictions, it was nice to have a person put care into her work.
Always put little of lettuce
Did an online order in the evening close to closing time and did not get to pick it up and so they charged me anyways and I have been trying to get in contact with the manager he does not call me back and when I call the restaurant manager is never there and I have left my name and number several times so I would never go back there again and they charge my card $15.08 and I'm not happy about this at all 15 bucks is 15 bucks

Really poor experience. Say they open at 7AM but door was still locked at 7:10AM. Then they said the breakfast menu (Steak, Egg & Cheese) wouldn't be available until 740AM. Not reliable, avoid if it's an option.
Worst subway ever, food looks very dry and old, my lettuce was yellow not even green that’s how bad they store they’re products, also the employees are extremely rude! And made my sandwich very poorly I’m never going back I’ll make the trip to the other one across town it always that bad I been to this location more than once and they just keep getting worse!!!!

The staff is super friendly and very courteous, their flat bread ham , Turkey , tomatoes honey mustard and Mayo samich is the best I’ve ver ate but everyone there is super friendly and always greet me with a smile and a “welcome” hahaha!!! Gosh it is a great subway but there’s only so much one could eat haha!!!
If you're going to open at 6:30, change the signage on your door to reflect those hours of operation. Other than that, I like the morning staff.
