The barista at register was nice. The one at hand-off was too soft spoken. No one could hear her when she was calling out drinks. Not mad about it, but def something to work on.The low rating is due to the extreme lack of food items and drink components. Nearly no teas; no food besides a handful of pastries and 1 sandwich. I appreciated that the barista at least double checked. Very courteous.The cold brew was VERY bitter. I think whoever prepped it left the batch brewing well past 24 hours, which oversteeps the grounds, producing the bad taste.Overall, the store seems very poorly managed, as is apparent by other negative reviews.I will note that I don’t blame the baristas. They seem to be doing the best they can under such circumstances. I blame the manager and the company for badly allocating resources and not trying to improve their business.I would definitely avoid this location again. Especially since Tierra Mia café is right across the street and is far superiour.
Had dinner here with my friend Jody at Norms Restaurant.We both ordered Fish and French fries and it came with a salad and a bowl of chicken noodles soup that had some pepper added to it.I don't remember ever adding pepper to my soup unless I wanted it which I usually do not add pepper and they did mention it.
Placed a mobile order and have to wait 40 minutes for it, walk-in costumers came and ordered get their drinks and I still have to wait for mine. Asked for a refund and they refund me in a gift card on the app.
Service is very so-so. The person in front of me needed s drink carrier, and the person serving her referred her to another staff member. How difficult would it have been to just grab one for her? I've seen better service at most every other Starbucks, but one.
Average service. Good coffee. Mugs and travel cups for sell.
i legit never make reviews but i needed to because I’m fed up with this starbucks. i’ve never once had a good experience at this location where they haven’t messed up my order. today i had ordered 3 drinks, one of them being a grande nitro cold brew with extra caramel. not only did it come warm but it also came old. they gave me an old drink partially drunk and slapped my tag on it… DURING A PANDEMIC! we were nothing but polite with them so why would they do this??
They give you the option for in store pick up and never open the door for you. They expect you to go through drive through. I had to wait for my drink and they messed up my order. A person standing outside the store was trying to ask the barista a question and she completely informed him and locked the door as she walked in.This place is trash just like the customer service.
Love their pumpkin spice cream. Sad that its out of seasons. Can't wait till next year. Until then I'll stick to Vanilla bean frap chinos and a chocolate croissant
Super friendly staff. They got my complicated order to a perfection. Fully equipped with all the ingredients needed. Fast, smooth and simple.
This Starbucks is ok but this is about the Crackheads waiting in line at 4:05 AM and the store don't open till 430There were several cars waiting in line . That's RIDICULOUS,people need to lay off the Starbucks. You should NEVER be waiting before a Starbucks opens like that. That's called ADDICTION
