Nice and clean store, however they are very busy especially with takeout orders. If you are going to do a mobile order, I think you have to be a local and understand that you need to just yell at the barista your name as you walk in. If you stand there waiting for a barista to look at you and ask you for your name, you will be standing there for quite a long time. It's unfortunate that the mobile orders are behind the counter as it takes a long time for the very busy baristas to get a moment to grab your stuff so you can take it to go. Of course, these are first world problems, but it is a little bit of a bummer that they don't have a process ironed out a little bit better than they should.
To begin with the barista was to busy chatting with a customer & didn’t even say hi or anything it was rude and second did not add one of the toppings to my drink and looked bothered that I asked for it like these drinks are to expensive to not be adding these toppings come on now?.
Bought a venti drink. Went to grab it out of my cup holder 2 minutes after purchasing it and it split in 4 areas and dumped out all over my truck
Didn't have my bacon sandwich or cream cheese Danish I wanted. But the pumpkin cream cheese muffin was really good. And the Macha tea latte hot was great.
They had to make a special Chai Tea without sugar for me. They willingly made it.

ROACHES! Very poor cleaning and hygiene practices with lackluster staff service and will take forever in a cramped small area full of kids and adults looking to get a cup before work. Beware!
