There may be a few nice places left in the Starbucks chain, but this is not one of them. I quit going here because they hate the custoners. On various occasions they would crank up the air conditioner to force customers to leave. They played bad music loud, preventing a chat with beautiful former Miss Mexico and forcing us to leave. Locks on the restrooms, forcing me to leave. (A policy so unpopular they eventually reversed it.) Replaced comfy chairs next to power for computers (heaven) with uncomfortable hard wood chairs (hell). Refused to take my $100 bill, claiming "no change", an obvious lie I exposed by asking for change on a Starbucks card. They just hate customers.On a road trip you should always carry a Starbucks card. They offer shelter in winter storm or heat wave, mostly clean restrooms, internet access, and coffee. Don't use the card for that-- they use it to track you. The card is for scraping bugs off your windshield. And the coffee, black, is a great windshield cleaning fluid.
Nicest baristas! The one who took my order was so patient! He even spoke in fluent Spanish to the costumers who ordered before me. He’s amazing!
As were wait for our order we see them pulling food from the cooler locking the patio door and turning chairs up on tables. This is when they tell us that their closing, their closing because of COVID, their closing because of a COVID emergency.. What is this 2020? Covid time machine? The employee that was supposed to be watching the door is so sorry she was cleaning not telling people as they came in, their all so sorry and my friend and I are standing outside with our drinks and a bag of food made by starbucks employees closing because of a COVID emergency. So thanks again Starbucks for the quality staffing and training these employees should of received. O and the COVID food and drinks - What do we do with it?
Latte here on the grounds that it was more delectable and more sweet-smelling than some other bistro I've encountered previously.

Valerie & Kevin are awesome. Someone didn't show up for work and they alone took care of many customers. They are nice, respectful baristas who know their craft. They apologized for the wait which was not their fault. Thank you guys for your extraordinary effort.
