Drinks are wildly different even when ordering the same thing . Using wrong milk and assuring you it's correct.. ugh i give up
Fast service... even when busy. Loud at times, so make sure you tell them exactly what you want. Clean restroom.
The Worst customer service I have ever experience. I will never come back. I came in for a venti pike. I waiting in line but due to covid I leave a little distance between me and the person before me who is stilling order. I guess one of their "regular" came in and stood behind me. Once the register became available, the girl behind me "regular" told me to get in line. The worst part of the experience is to hear employee behind the counter apologize to their "regular" just boil my blood. Employees are unprofession and immature.
The barista was very helpful and sugested drinks for me.

I usually order mobile, I think mobiles should organized differently everytime I order mobile and pick it up, the counter its dirty and that looks very bad , I have to still wait for someone to knowledge me to get a straw and napkins I know Starbucks its always busy , been busy and been clean its different , and when I ask for napkins witch are not in the lobby area yet they gave it to me all nasty like a baseball ball , why is this Starbucks always out of stock on something I don't understand come on lets get it together when a customer really wants a drink and is waiting for long time in drive through expecting drink that they really want its very disappointing A sign will help Because on the mobile app you guys are always out of stock, when you get the order section and they don't have it , well there's no way out in drive through a signed will help also yesterday around 415 pm I waited for a while at the drive through I order light Caramel and wow its like they gave me the bottle and the one thing that I truly hate and I hate it so very much when I get my drink and the outside cup either has Caramel , whipped cream falling and sticky I hate it , I hate telling them and giving my drink back to be clean they offer me to switch cups but when you are in a hurry no thank you .
