I ordered a torra aogada was supper exited to try this place . But so disappointed it was serve in sourdough Bread and not bolillo. The carnitas so dry . Didn’t even taste like carnitas . The quesobirria tacos every place serve them with the consomé on the side not this place…
The birria is top notch. I actually ended up going two days in a row it was so good.
Great place to eat, the salsa verde chilaquiles were great and had just the right amount of spice, the breakfast potatoes i had with them were cooked well too. We also had the jamaica (hibiscus) agua fresca in a small, the cup was pretty good in size and it tasted good! The breakfast burger with fries was cooked very well and was really good

I was delighted to find this place next door to the barbershop. It's a literal hole in the wall that's home to big flavor. I had a couple quesatacos and was given a third. I assume it a for the small wait but it didn't go unnoticed. I also had a carnitas quesadilla. I was sold on the concept and hooked after the first bite. The green and red salsas were excellent. The ingredients to quality. The food was bursting with flavor. Great bang for the buck spot - my favorite. The staff was extremely pleasant. These little spots are the lifeblood of Los Angeles. There's no reason they shouldn't earn your repeat patronage with all the flavors at their ready. Get some . . .
Went here for the first time today and let me just say it’s a great hidden gem! Food was delicious, definitely will be going here again.
The food is really good, I especially liked the barbacoa and adobada meats. I tried the crunchy tacos, quesadilla, and fries with meat. It's a really small place and has street parking only, which can be limited depending on the time you go.
