Absolutely the worst. Fries were LITERALLY cold. Not warm, nooooo COLD. The burger was made sloppy and thrown together, oh and they gave me THE WRONG SODA (which I didn't even realize until I got back to my hotel room).As I've never actually been to a Rally's this restaurant will definitely prevent me from ever returning to ANY Rally's. How unfortunate and a waste of money.
My sugar was dropping and I needed something, quick. Loaded fruits from Rally's worked in a pinch AND they were good!
Decent place if you want cheap food late.
Hey everyone today I tried Rally's in Hawthorne CA and I must say well done. Entering the drive-through can be a little confusing however the line moved quickly. My food was fresh and hot. Napkins were in my bag with dipping sauce for my nuggets. The staff was friendly and the portions per price was perfect. I look forward to my next order of fries. So far I have one other restaurant were the fries are killer. "I Tried It"
Staff isn't well-mannered, Yan Carlo (person that "took my order") was ill-natured while taking my order. The food was very disappointing and the quality of the food is poor. I got a chicken sandwich and the chicken was smaller than the buns themselves. I tried contacting them about the situation and they wouldn't pick up any of my calls. It was only until I used another phone number that's when they decided to pick up which only makes me think that they were intentionally ignoring my calls. I don't have plans to return anymore. Its ashamed since I do like Rally's in general but I would recommend to ignore this chain and go eat at another Rally's chain or another restaurant entirely.
Got the 2 for 1 dollar pies, got the bar's root beer no ice, and a hamburger in drive thru. Two drive thru lanes.
It's Decent for fast food hot & served quickly
I love this Checkers Rally's. They are always busy oh, the food is always fresh, the lines are a little slow yeah, but I'm always happy in the end with what I had. For those who having EDD they accept d e b t card for either food or cash
I grew up eating Rally's when I lived in New Orleans. So when I saw it pop up when I was in Cali, man was I excited. My friends and I'm burgers were made mixed up. Even so everything still tasted good especially the fries.
The only reason they got 2 stars is because my fries were hot. The cold burgers and bad customer service deserved 1 star
