The gentleman that took my order was fantastic. He had so much positive energy. His attitude was remarkable. He made me feel like I ordered the entire menu, all I ordered was the turkey chili. Thank you for being the definition of great customer service.
Quiznos over Subway!!!! The food and the staff are amazing! The veggie sandwich is my favorite. I come here about once or twice a week. The staff always goes above and beyond. Great customer service and great subs! Peter is a rockstar!!!!! 100/10

Talk about amazing customer service. The owner of this location, I think his name is Peter, is incredible. We always talk about cars and watches when I go in. Not to mention, the sandwiches are delicious. I go to this location and the one in Culver City and am so happy they are both still in business. So much better than Subway or Jersey Mikes and don't get me started on the fake nice people at Jersey Mikes. See you guys next time!
Typically never busy. We walk straight in and can order right away. Only thing is the parking - it can sometimes get blocked by the Starbucks drive through line
Good customer service & they acted as professional as anyone could when corporate wasn’t even around. Seemed a little put off by my hijab…lol…but no offense taken. It’s not the norm. Two guys were acting up a little (customers) & the workers still stayed in customer service mode and respectfully responded to any store related questions they may have had. Not always easy at work….but they did it. Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge GOOD in our community. Thank you.
