I do see why they don’t have a 5 star rating this location just cease to amaze me with all the mistakes that happen on a consecutive basis if you’re going to visit just make sure you have more than 45 minutes to wait for your food even with ordering online. Make sure to check it before leaving even with an online order they still take forever and mess up your order.
This place really doesn't know how to operate a business. You can't tell your guest that the food on display is the only food available. When your doors are open for business. I get it people want to get on and get out but not at the expense of doing business. This has happened several times and it's very disappointing ?. Glad I don't live Hawthorne and that this isn't my neighborhood Popeyes.
If i could rate this as -10 i would,- I have had a really bad experience at this location, while i was eating my chicken tenders there was a hair inside the chicken, i went up to the staff and all they said was, "would you like me to replace your piece or would you like something else" to be honest all i wanted is for them to check on the kitchen where they prepare the food so no one else had to go thru this but it looked like the staff didnt care at all even tho i had told them in front of the customers so they could hear. And not mentioning every time i go to this location the staff is always in a bad mood, rushing and being grumpy with the customers.... Note to Staff, NO!! I dont want your free chicken, i am not a free loader, what i want is for you to do your Job right, we are in the middle of a pandemic and you give me hairs in my chicken, if you dont like what you do, go to work somewhere else. Looks like you are the ones freeloading work hours... Note to OWNER, you gotta check on this ppl you have as employees, and also you gotta check on your HVAC system because it gets oily cloudy in there. PEACE TO ALL.....

When I placed my order there was Two girls who where in charge of being up front and helping customers. The one with glasses was polite. However, the chunkier girl (didn’t read the name tags) had a horrible attitude and looked like she hated her job so much. I understand they’re making like $13 an hour but at least make the best of it when customers aren’t giving you a hard time.
Friendly staff, clean facility, quick service. Didn't give me any eating utensils or napkins. Straws were open.
Today I was able to help 3 strangers, they didn't ask for anything. I won 25.00 of a 20.00 lottery ticket from the smoke shop. So I decided to help somebody.
Host: parisha totaly ruined my order purposely! Very rude and against customer who repected her!And destroyed my order plus missing sause and giveingMe hard time at time of ordering!
I quite literally didn't get what I ordered and was charge for sause I didn't get.
The service was good, but the item I got not so much. Normally the items I get have great taste, and are fresh. This time the current chicken nugget promo was not.
