Very first time I was going to order from this place and as soon as someone answered I was put on hold them hang up on, then called again and they wanted to put me on hold again or to call somewhere else because they were too busy. Really,. Very poor customer service.
I placed an on line order to buy lunch for my employees but got a call from the restaurant that they could not deliver because there was no driver available. I told the manager that I would call her back to make arrangements to pick up the order. When I did get a hold of her i was told my order was canceled so I ended up ordering from another restaurant. Very disappointed to say the least.
The young man gave me two pizzas but I only ordered one. He kept insisting that it was my order. I even went to the car with both pizzas but he ran out and finally acknowledged that he was at fault. I then got my actual correct order.
Better to pick it up than have it delivered.
For contactless delivery, they call you over the phone over and over again to get your pizza and not simply drop it off like they used to do. If you don’t pick up their calls they just cancel your order and refuse to give the pizza.
Fast delivery good service I would recommend them
Pizza was undercooked and pretty tough, taste was pretty bland. Was excited to try Stuffed Crust but was quickly disappointed by the quality of the pizza.
A bit more generous with the toppings but I will still recommend to my friends.
The driver gave my pizza to a different address.... not good service at all... so lazy
The morning crew is exceptional... five star review in every category for them. Maria is great. Her service is Awesome and much appreciated.The night crew is a whole other story. Sorry but its the truth. I only order during the day.
