Shout out to Denise who was helpful friendly and super nice had my order done in 20 minutes pizza was 10 out of 10 and so is Denise
My food was cold. I ordered at 7:16pm and I went inside to check at 7:30pm and the manager said it was not ready. I went back inside around 7:50pm and got the food the big box and pasta on the side everything was cold not even warm. I told him thank you for the food and it was cold he told me have a nice night. I will never go back to this pizza hut ever again. I wasted $50.00 and I should have went to Dominos. Also I did my order for curbside and I checked in and no response. The system told me to call when I did no answer that is when I went inside around 7:30pm to check and to remind them it was curbside. Very unprofessional if a customer orders a certain way and the order is not fulfilled. Pizza was hard, cold and not fully cooked cheese was not cooked. Pasta was not cooked and cold had to go home and reheat $50 worth of food that should have been fresh!
When I ordered the pizza and found out it would be an hour and a half wait to get it, I tried calling and was on hold for 20 minutes and someone hung up the phone so I called again. I wanted to cancel the order so I could see how long it would be to pick it up. From the time I got the message it was out for delivery, it took an hour to get it and the pizza was cold and had to be reheated. I probably will NEVER order delivery again from you guys. I do love the pizza though.
No stars for this location very unprofessional they were playing music so loud I had to shout they did know what I order pretty much took apart other orders to fulfill mine pizza was not made to order missing toppings hardly any sauce was over cooked very disappointing will not return because of this location

Have better deals and better pizza. Only came because Dominoes down the street was having issues with ordering online. Cost me $10 more for the same medium Hawaiian.
It was ready before the time that I was to pick it up.
Called and order for hot wings and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for them. Picked them up and there was barely any sauce whatsoever on them. The sauce didn’t even taste how we usually have them and tasted old. When we waited 10 minutes for a replacement the wings we received were soggy and undercooked when we bit into them. The manager was hiding in the back and didn’t want to help. When we did talk to him he did not care and was just standing there shaking his head not saying anything. The floors on the inside of the store were nasty and homeless people are all around the store. We still decided to give it a chance because we hadn’t ate. Do not go here. The service is terrible. The food is bad. The store is gross. Avoid this place.

Sergio, was amazing, he offer a discount, he had the idea of cut the slices smaller for kids so more kids can eat and easier for their hands. next day everything was on time and good to go. Great service Sergio, because of you i'm coming back!. even driving there to pickup, because the pizza hut at my location sucks.
