Incredibly fast service and the food was hot and fresh. Easy to get in and out of too
I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. The employees called it something different nt every time they addressed me. I somehow got what I ordered but the level of confusion was unnecessary.
The fries were cold and so was the breakfast mcgriddle I ordered. Sucks too it's the closest McDonald's to my house and right next to the freeway so it's very convenient but yeah they're there customer service sucks sorry for the bad word
Sevice was great.. coffe for a $ 1.09 ..3$ big mac . 3 $ //10 chk nuggets ' 1 $ large sweet tea . That was a good lunch gor less than 9 $ ?.
Horrible Customer Service. Walked in and went to the register. Stood there as 2 employees casually walked back and forth talking, but not coming to the register or calling anyone over to take my order.While I patiently waited with cash in hand, about 3 mins passed and then a man who appeared to be the shift manager came to the register as I silently said "great, I can finally place my order." BUT NOPE! Instead he pushed some buttons on the register, did what he had to do, and then walked away. Not a single employee acknowledged me as the customer.By the time 5 mins came around, I decided to take my business elsewhere. There are so many things I could add to this post about their level of service, but then again, it's McDonald's and I honestly shouldn't be surprised. With that said, I'd give this particular location NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could.
The people that work there are friendly enough, I suppose.But, they don't tell you when they're out of something.I ordered a burger with extra pickles, and when I got it there were no pickles at all. I figured maybe they just mistook "extra" for "no".Turns out they didn't have any pickles.It would have been nice to be informed of this before I walked out to my car with it. Some time between ordering it, and receiving it, maybe? This is really just the most recent, I've had issues similar to this with this store in the past.I'll probably avoid this one in the future.
Once again, thought I would try to see if they were any better, and nope, if you were a disappointment then, you are still a disappointment now. It seems like I ask for fries and pay for fries and they take them and dump half out? Why is my fry order less than everyone else's who seems to get a full batch? Why what did I do to you? I just want a full cup or whatever those things are called that hold the fries are called filled up. It doesn't matter if I get large they still give me the same amount so once again thumbs way down on this McDonald's 12 fries ain't gonna make Mc Donald's broke. At this point I'm just gonna start buying potatoes and making skinny fries myself??????????
Well three stars because i asked for bbq sauce for my nuggets and they gave me honey mustard and i thought i bought bbq sauce. I didn't want to eat my nuggets without it. The fries were not fresh.
i got an egg shell in my egg mc muffin, some 14 year old boy who plays fortnite and got a job for v bucks probably made it. not happy at all. it was good though, excluding the egg shell ofc
The whole order was wrong and the food was cold. They get two stars for mediocre effort. McDonald's u can do better.?
