The employees and management staff at this location work in a way that makes them appear inept at their jobs.I went through drive-thru yesterday to get four combos with extra salt on the fries, on the receipt it read extra salt. What I received was four fries with no salt, I went into the establishment to tell the cashier that my fry order was incorrect. As I told her that my order was incorrect she relayed to the manager an order of four fries with no salt, I corrected her and told her they were to have extra salt and she just stood as if to say "He's already making them".The manager didn't salt the fries because I watched him, he then proceeded to tell me he salted them and he just put salt packets in the bag.I'm done with this location as my family and I have had multiple issues at this location, this location is literally around the corner from me. I will now drive to the location 4160 W. El Segundo which is almost 1.5 miles away from my home because they have better customer service.
Horrible customer service. This is my local McDonald’s and everyone I know that stays in this area agrees the customer service is horrible. I waited in like for 15 mins in drive thru. I stated my order and the lady at the speaker stated she couldn’t hear me give her a second. The menus then go black and its now the breakfast menu so I ask to see if anyone is there finally someone responds and it’s a different voice. So I repeat my order from 15-20 mins ago and she said they are no longer serving breakfast. Why not say that when I initially ordered a Big Mac that you were changing shifts and wouldn’t be serving that but to have me wait and say you can’t hear me is ridiculous. Then when I get to the window the supervisor who claims she isn’t all though her shirt was different took pictures of my license plate on the camera before she approached the window to apologize. The so I asked her her name she’s taking pictures she refused and said she was calling the police. All while recording me on her personal phone in one hand and McDonald’s phone in the other. She then spoke in Spanish to the other coworkers about me. I recorded the incident as she took pictures of my car. Is this what McDonald’s is allowing their employees to act.
Coffee was pretty good but when I got to the bottom of the cup I saw coffee grinds and I use to love your coffee....

This might just be a me problem, but every time I go, they make no effort to put the meals in a bag. Especially when I order drinks. It’s not a big deal and I can do it myself but it is annoying when they see nothing wrong when I order stuff to go, and they hand me 2-4 drinks in cups, plus couple of side orders, and we’re staring at ourselves, me thinking, ummmm how am I taking these with me with no bags? And even when I ask for a bag, they hand me the bag, not even trying to put what I ordered inside the bag. So I do it myself. Again, it’s no big deal but it gets annoying when it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME.
I wanna say Thank you to Sonia she works in the mornings, at 5 am when I usually stop by to get my ice coffee she knows and as soon as she hears my voice she already knows how I like it, even when I stoppped for a while she always remember and I’m really thankful for that, she is the only one who does my coffee the right way that’s why I never go somewhere else, there’s been other crew that when I ask for my cofffee the way I want it, they still make it nothing close to what I order. Worst McDonald's ever.. they are always rude and no matter what they make me pull off to the side to wait ...everytime! It's so annoying .

Big Mac is my all time favorite. You cant go wrong with Mcdonald
