This was the 3rd time I visited this place. The first two times customer service was excellent, food is really good and prices are excellent. This 3rd time customer service was awful, this was the second time this waitress took care of me but it looks like she was having a but day and I paid the price. Her customer service was awful, she looked like I was bothering her, she took my order she did bring my food and didn't see again until I called her to bring me the check. ??
We ordered the cocktel de camaron take out we got to the houes and it wasnt finished mostly just water the shrimp was cooked in and gave packets of ketchup and tapatio to finish makin it Hell No for 17.00 dollars it didnt even have flavor i had to dump out half the water and put clamato juice ketchup and tapatio very disappointed sushi was very good one was missing though and to top it off they said it will be ready in 1 hour they take the phone off the hook u get busy signal
Love the food here but after today I'll never be back. I called at 7:30pm asking if the kitchen was still open for dine in (they close dine in at 8:30). They said yes but that the sushi had stopped but they still had mariscos. I said ok I'll be there in 10 minutes. We showed up, 2 people only, and we were told they closed the kitchen. I said i just spoke to someone and they (she) said they were still open for dine in. She spoke to her manager after i said this and she still came back saying sorry my manager said we can't serve anyone else. How are you closed 50 minutes before your actual closing time! Unbelievable. I won't ever be back.
This spots take on japanese cuisine is amazing. Creative plates with flavors that match. Their wasabi could be better, but its not for everyone. Business looks like they are always busy, while picking up order phone rings every minute. These guys are hard at work non stop. Tried this place 3 times and always ordered something different. Never disappointed. Hard to recommend just one thing. I've only tried sushi rolls and they were all great.
We had the sushi rolls. Absolutely delicious. Well worth the money ?. The fried jalapeno sushi roll was my personal favorite. Their food is delicious. Their beer is nice and cold their micheladas by far the best. We give them 100%. Will come back for sure.
Very good. Had a fish taco and fried California rolls. It was delicious.
Good ceviche , oysters, garlic shrimp, devil shrimp, devil fish.
I had the camarones rancheros, it was alright not the worse but not the best either,..... also had the aguachiles, i couldnt see the shrimp , they were small drowning on the sauce, didnt look appetizing .... maybe their strength are other dishes
Disappointment of the week! Food was not fresh and didn't taste good I ordered 3 mares and only ate a lil of it. The only great thing I saw the guy in the entrance he's doing all basically receives people gets the order and serves. Hopefully he's getting paid good.
