Food worker doesn't wear a glove to handle food. When I ask to talk to manager, she said they all wash their hands every 5-7 minutes so they good to go. So you telling me based upon the photos that I took, that u only wash one hand or you just do half the requirements of the county food safety board?? She and her cashier also accused me of lying and the video I showed them, she claimed "I edited the video." Another customer saw the whole thing happen and vouched for me. When I took pictures of their food grade and license number, she changed her tune. I'm not hard up for a few tacos and burritos. And if I was going to scam a business, it wouldn't be a taco bell. Will follow up tomorrow with general manager in person, and county food safety board.
I am very disappointed with this location. The lady at the speaker box had a bad attitude and didn't get the order right and then when I got to the window to pay for the order, the guy working the window read the wrong order to me. I ordered a 3 piece meal with 2 thighs and one legs because that's all they had was thighs and leg. Then I ordered a 2 piece meal with 2 thighs and Cole slaw and I only got one thigh and Cole slaw. Then I wasn't given a receipt for my purchases. I tried to call to speak to a manager and no one would answer the phone. Just unacceptable!
Ordered online and arrived 5 minutes past my pick up time. Should be plenty of time to have my order ready, right? Wrong. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order.While I was waiting, I watched several customers being turned away at the counter being told that "we have no more chicken". How does KFC run out of chicken? The man wasn't even given an estimated wait time for the next batch.This place needs help!
The chicken was cooked much better than I have had there in the past when it was often over cooked.It always gets me when I ask for an 8pc, the breast crispy and the other 6pcs original and they just can't understand my request even after repeating back to me what I said. This last time I got two crispy breast, two legs and four thighs...no wings.I give 4 stars because the chicken was okay. Not 5 stars because 8pcs shouldn't cost $22!
?my first experience/order from this particular combo restaurant would’ve been perfect had they not rushed my order out the window without checking once more for accuracy which as the result my order I gave to them was as follows; 1-KFC Bowl (minus corn add extra cheese and gravy) fillup w/ Dr. Pepperand I ordered 2 Ala cart biscuits. Btw my kfc bowl still came with corn inside it…. Then I ordered also A chicken quesadilla no spicy sauce add sour cream and a side of sour cream. So I get all the way to my eating/dining/home and there are 0 , I mean not any biscuits in either bag that was rushed out the window to me. So I paid for the biscuits but never got them. That’s a nice way to build up your store’s bank account lol..and it messed up my experience and made me not satisfied because everytime I order a KFC fillup i order 2 biscuits as well and those biscuits are a part of my meal. So yea I am not happy
The server Anna was very bad bad attitude and didn't give me napkins and I even have to ask her for the receipt also told me something that I have been ordering for my son forever that I cannot upgrade the size and that I had to buy another french fry but I cannot upgrade my meal which I have been doing for the last three to four years. Today Ana gets the grade of an F.
Ordered online one hour and a half before closing time period arrived only to have the door closed an hour earlier and was redirected to thier drive through which not only defeats the purpose but thier lone is a half hour wait as well. Never order ahead period or even trust thier posted closing time. Also they didn't even get my side order right either. They gave me colsaw instead of Mac and cheese. If I could I've would of canceled my order but once you paid nearly $30 might as well not walk home empty handed.
I ordered a digital exclusive which came with tenders and before sending my order I specified what sauces I wanted, came to pick it up and sauces were missing. And after getting home to enjoy the meal, the tenders were dry.
My order was missing a piece of chicken but I should have checked it before leaving. The food was tasty but the drive through line was long.
