I love Jimmy john sandwiches but the customer service at this location is honestly horrible. The attitude that some of the employees have just makes me uncomfortable to even go inside this location. The minute you walk in they don't want to serve you. They ignore any question you have. If they do acknowledge a question their answer is always you need to look online. I'm not sure if it's management at this location that makes these employees so unhappy to work here or what is going on. I will just drive a little bit further to get a sandwich at another jjs location.
The service was appalling. The guy who took my order proceeded to stand around with his hands down his pants. Yep you hear right. The he stood behind the poor girl who made my sandwich smelling her hair (still with his hands down his pants). The final straw was that it took almost 15 minutes to get my sandwich with 5 people on staff and two basically doing nothing and only 3 customers in the store. I was there on Sunday at 4, if the manager wants to check the tapes and maybe do something about this ridiculousness. Is this really what the world of food service has come to?
The cashier was rude to meHe keep saying my card was declineAnd gave me a nasty attitude. He should he should be fired. But other than that the sandwiches are good. Thank you Jimmy John’s.
Bought two party packs for around $100 with tip and got the tiniest36 one-inch sandwiches and was given to me in a peppers box instead of what was displayed.Went back to complain and showing the picture of the sandwiches on the online menu with the one sandwich I kept for reference, and they stated that the picture of the sandwiches in the menu had extra meat added and were not representative of what you actually get. Total false marketing!Seriously, the tiniest sandwiches you would ever see with one slice of meat. Maybe cute as finger food, but not for hungry kids.Thought that I might get offered some sort of compensation since they even agreed that their marketing is false. But no offer was made. Good job Jimmy John's, you lost a valuable customer.Felt very ripped off and won't ever go back to Jimmy John's.
I've ordered online to this JJ's multiple times but my last 3 orders have been wrong.. meat on the base sandwich was incorrect and I've asked for extra pickles and tomatoes and when I open the sandwich there are only 3 each.. common JJ's I know you can do better
What is going on with this place?? The last time I ordered delivery from here my order was delayed because they didn’t have a driver scheduled and this time my order never even came! I got a phone call from the store while I was working (which is why I ordered delivery) and when I tried to call back 6 times, the phone kept ringing and ringing with no answer. I can’t even cancel the order because I would have to do so through the store! I often get catering from your stores for my associates, but because of these experiences I will never do so again. I will be expecting a refund of my most recent order as soon as possible and will never order from here again.
Had a number 6 veggie sandwich they forgot the most important part of the veggie sandwich the avocados the flavor is not the same without it. Bread and everything else was delicious as always.
I love JJ. When I get a craving for that Hunters Club nothing else will do. I just wish they had a location closer in Torrance.
Place looks clean, but the reason I just give 1 star is Alexis the cashier She treat me like as she has something against me. I had to tell Her Please, change your attitude.... really disappointed...
First time here. It was okay but if I had to choose, I would probably rather go to Jersey Mike's.
