Jack in the box is awesome, but this fast food store is the worst one ever. On one occasion in April 2022 we went and they screwed our order greatly. They gave us someone else’s order with ours and over charged us. It happens! The same day, they did not have any shakes. Then in another day in April 2022 we went back and they were out of crispy tacos. The issue is that if you get in line, there is no way to get out until everyone in front of drive-tru leaves.Therefore: Caution, go at your own risk. Check your food, check your bill and check if they have what you want before you go through drive-tru.Update: owner wants a respond through website. Thank you for prompt reply. Jack in the box is not the issue. Everyone who eats at Jack in the box loves jack in the box. The issue is that you go to a fast food restaurant and they mess up your order in a way you need to give money back and food due to error. Also where you need to make sure they have what you want before you actually get in line to order, it’s sort of a store issue and not of a Jack in the box issue. Sometimes the line can get long and once your in the line ordering your basically stuck until everyone leaves if they don’t have what you wanted. Maybe if the store will be out of Tacos or shakes or sandwiches or anything they can post before getting anyone getting in line. ???. Thank you.
Been going to this Jack in the Box for 3 days straight now for breakfast because it's on the way to work and it has been a pleasure going there. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is enjoyable. The food is consistantly flavorful. All in all, it has been satisfying.
Ordered by phone yesterday, got confirmation of order and separate confirmation I paid. Went to get the food and they said I already picked it up. No, I didn’t. They apparently didn’t pay attention to the phone receipt and gave it to wrong person. My grandma went today to explain what happened. The manager wouldn’t even discuss it. My bank probably won’t give me the money because Jack in Box will not approve it. We are a young couple, two kids, and it was going to be a treat. Shame on them. They obviously gave my order to someone else and won’t make it right. Do not go there. Dishonest people
I recommend you get the jalapeño poppers. They're delish. It's Jack in the box, I went late drive thru. The service was efficient, my food was fresh and hot. I plan to go back for those tacos and dip em in buttermilk.
Average! Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger is my favorite so far. Stuffed jalapeños are delicious!!
It's Jack in the Box. If you like their food, this is a great location. Fast and friendly service. Have never had an order be wrong over the years.
