I'm from Chicago and there are fish places on all sides of the city. We KNOW our fish. These guys won my heart! It was the first place I actually found across several cities. The collards are 'to die for'. If you haven't stopped by this location for lunch or dinner SPECIFICALLY you're cheating yourself and deserve better.. try it and tell em Momma Chylite sent you!!
Catfish filet is where it’s at in my option. Can’t go wrong with them shrimp and hush puppies. Food is delicious.
Their sea food is always very fresh and the taste is always very delicious. I been to other Fishbones but this particular one has the best customer service and the food is always fresh. The facility is emaculent and the staff is very professional. I recommend this spot to anyone who wants fresh sea food.
The food was ok but the one in compton takes ebt & this one do not. When I was there I ordered the salmon po boy for the first time and again, it was alright. The soda machine had two out of order signs on the lemon aid & the sprit. I had to ask them to change the syrup because it seems like they would rather write a sign. The parking there is horrible so brace yourself.
The owner is just as pleasant as the food. Will definitely go again.
The female with the glasses in the front, her energy is almost always draining, she pick and chooses who she’s nice to, it’ll be nice to let other workers check customers out sometimes, she’s the reason why my co-workers and I haven’t came back.
The food is great taste like homemade cooking. It's like soul food seafood.
Killer food and Amazing Customer Service ?
Ordered the 10piece shrimp lunch $15. Shrimp was Well seasoned and fresh. Customer service was great. Red beans n rice was also very good. Adequate parking.
