Nasty didn't do my order right gave me cheese fries with pastrami when I asked for chili cheese fries with pastrami bad for business

They are not to friendly, the vibe I receive is like they don't want to be at work. They are extra high with there prices and there food is not all that good. Parking lot is very little and it is doomed to have a accident there. They need more friendly employees and they need to go down on there prices.
The morning staff on Saturday may 28th 2022 is the only reason I hate the location. They are inconsiderate rude and never get basic orders correct. Also they take forever just to get it incorrect and they will make it worse if you complain. The evening staff is always great.
Pastrami was way to thick and fatty but the burger had good flavor
Prices are super expensive! Over $15 for a cheese burger with fries and a soda. You get a way better big juicy burger with fries and a drink at Eureka for less than that price. And their dining experience is far superior and upscale compared to this place. The only reason they get decent reviews is because most of their customers are ebt clients. So the charge alot for the food because they know people with ebt are willing to spend that much. But if they didn't take ebt I'm almost 95% certain they wouldn't have any customers with those ridiculously high prices.
I stopped by to buy a milk shake. There was only 2 people ahead of me and tell me why it took them 25 minutes to make me a strawberry shake. NI didnt order food or nothing else. They had 5 workers and not 1 of them could of made my milk shake. Really bad service I will definitely not go back.
Never again will I come here. One item took them 20min. Just a shake. I can't imagine how long the food will take to make. Need faster service.
Garbage and rude! The food isn't cooked all the way and they're slow.They won't give out the owners number so your stuck dealing with them for any complaints.I hate this place
I don’t what is going on, but there food and service is becoming poor quality. Disappointment. Hate to lose this place as the to go spot.
