Clear communication from staff in the drive thru. Digital menu is large and bright to show you your order. Staff reads order back to you which helped us catch a drink meant to be hot but was listed as iced.Fast and efficient. The wait was short.
This is not what I ordered or was charged for.This place should be closed down for the complaints it gets from in store customers.
Kinda rude here for drive through some times they don't have the donuts you want in stock and when they are in stock they are a bit sweaty or stale, coffee I ordered wasn't mixed correctly and had way too much ice I like DD's but this location is a bit rough with customer service. Location is still new so staffing could be worked on.
I love this place....the snackin bacon can become addictive but the chocolate donut whole and regular coffee is a staple for me. The service quality was awesome.
The girls working there, they have a bad attitude ? and they don't have patience for the customer plus she want to charge me first before I choose the donuts.
Fast service ever, I had TMobile Tuesday 3 coupons and they helped me redeem all the 3 and very welcoming. Usually other Dunkin stores used to show me bad attitude as I redeem more then 1 coupon. But this place was incredible ?. Thank you. And keep up with the nice attitude and great customer service.And yeah when you take an exist from drive thru make sure you watch right and left and be safe it's risky road fast traffic and very narrow drive way.
Coming from the east coast I was excited that Dunkin finally opened near me but that excitement faded. Literally the most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen! For 1 year I’ve dealt with long lines, and every single time my order being screwed up. If I ask for hot they handed me cold and vice versa. There were times they asked me what I ordered at the window! I’ve given this location so many chances because of the pandemic and staffing issues but get it together people! If I was the owner I’d really think about who they hire. Back to Starbucks it is.
Is coffee is good, staff was nice when I stopped by. Reasoning for only 3 stars is the drive-thru has to be the smallest drive-thru in all of LA county.
