La atención.. Y la comida excelente
Out of avocados? They blamed “the shortage” lol I just left Costco next door they had 1000s of avocados. Fine. But then I wait in line 10 mins to order and… they’re out of RICE? Fire this manager he or she or them/they whatever didn’t order basics for the store. Unacceptable.
Staff was disinterested in doing their job, portions were small and I received 15 pennies as part of my change. Food was really salty.
On sundays they basically don’t have anything available (no corn, beans, guacamole), no signs whatsoever.
There was alot wrong with the experience I had at this store. For starters, they were out of Pollo Asado and guacamole. Then, their soda machine did not work. Then the white rice in my burrito was hard as a rock. They refused to give my partner a refund for her bowl that was so peppery that she could not eat it. They just said the manager was not around and would not help her. Not the best experience.
Kind of a review of the app. Starbucks can tell you when they are out of things so you don't order, turn drive there, turn have to figure out how to get a refund, turn order somewhere else, drive 5 miles out of your way, so hey home with a cold burrito.
They don't give a shit the person serving at the beginning of making your orders acted like he didn't want to be there this is the worst I've been too. it was his attitude and the handle of the food.
This is the second time I’m reviewing this place. Please enhance cleaning, ordering counter is not very appealing. The rice was uncooked and chicken was only half done. Young kids may get issues over these uncooked food item. Please be cautious and improve your quality of food and service. Cook your rice and meat well.

I like this location in particular,food is grate prices are reasonable.
