I ordered a Santa Fe chicken sandwich & fries for take out. It was not good. I used to order both several times during the year and was always satisfied. Not so much today. Prices have gone up significantly and quality has declined. Will not go back.
I am from Michigan never had Carl's...I just ordered fries, my fiancé got a burger meal, he said he really enjoyed it!

Manager was so rude. The cashier next to her had so much attidute. The cook was yelling, all during breakfast time. That’s why I left instead and went to the one in hawthorne and got better service there.
Arrived at 10:20pm in the drive thru, no one else in line, no one answered the call box, drove up to the window to see an employee messing with the register. He printed out a receipt, looked at me and walked away. I drove around to the call box again, no answer, thinking maybe the call box was broken I drove back to the window where I saw a women in the kitchen sweeping, she looked at me and waved her finger in a "no" motion and continued to sweep, I waited 10 minutes again and no one came to the window and helped me. The drive thru says is 24 hrs, but if no one helps the customers, is it really open?
Early in the morning around 5 am. My wife and I ordered 2 big Carl's meals. The burger had wilted lettuce that looked disgusting. We had to throw the burgers away. Waste of money.
Typical, good for a quick bite.
Order Uber eats and missing food items. No way of contacting them.
Nice selection of burgers, but kids' burger not so great.
Pretty decent beyond burgers if you're in a pinch
