If I could give zero stars I would , I ordered from here tonight bc I was hungry I order a famous star with cheeses combo the burger was dry as hell , you can tell the patty bread and even lettuce had been sitting out . The fries old and dark they didn’t even try to reheat them absolutely horrible , I also ordered a big Carl bread had mold on it !
So apparently you have to complete your transaction to use the restroom. Not a minute less. And if the employee doesn’t want to help you because she disagrees with you then she can switch with a co worker mid order.If you do not know how to give customer service please switch to a job where you don’t have to deal with people.This was Sat. May 21st around 330pm
Surprisingly there are never any milkshakes after 9/10pm or any late hour but other locations do ?

I ordered a monster angus thick burger. The quality of the burger was so good. The cashier who worked on Wednesday at 3pm, it was a girl, super great service. Definitely will come more often. Place is super clean.
This is the nearest location to work and although they're quick it may be not so good they always miss something. Today it has a notice some items are out due to shortage. I got a #11, with no cheese or bacon. Please tell your customers, I could have just ordered something else and not paid more for nothing.

Had Loaded Breakfast Burrito with my wife. Food was good as usual. Music in restaurant seems a bit loud.
