?? CUBA (via Eat the World Los Angeles) - They have all the favorite Cuban sandwich options like pan con bistec, milanesa, lechon and of course the cubano itself. If you prefer the medianoche ($11.95), the same sandwich ingredients as a cubano but on a sweet egg-y soft bread, you will be impressed by the one here. What makes this one of the best Cuban sandwiches in town is the perfect ratio of ingredients and pickly-ness. If someone compares this to a ham and cheese sandwich, they deserve a slap in the face. Despite having both of those items, the keys to a delicious cubano or medianoche are the juicy pernil, which is excellent here, and a layer of crisp pickles.

Great spot for some authentic Cuban food. Felt like home and literally everything tasted great. Fresh pastelitos and bread! ?Group of 11 and we tried most of the menu and everything felt fresh and flavorful.Hands down a must for us!

Great place to eat ? authentic Cuban food and pastries ? they also had great service!

The worst customer service!!! Have walked out few times because the cashier talks too much, goes back and forth and not much is done. She took 12 minutes in placing one order ?

I came for coffee and Cuban ?. Took home Ox Tail Stew...Amazing!

We've been here twice. The first time was reasonably decent except for the service being realllllllly slow. Both last time and today, I stood at the register for at least 5 minutes watching both waitresses walk past me repeatedly, ignoring me (no eye contact, no "be ppright with you). Our table was suuuuper sticky With cup ring marks everywhere. I saw some papertowels by the hand sanitizer and wiped down the table as no staff was in the room when we came in. I had a work call scheduled right after arriving and the waitress was extremely rude saying the tables were only for customers even though I had placed an order. She rolled her eyes and gave me a sassy attitude. A brown-skinned person came in and used his laptop right next to me. It didn't seem to be a problem for him to be working--only for me. I'd like to add they have their wifi password hanging on the wall. If they don't want people to use it then they should take it down. We speak Spanish. My daughter is half Mexican, but the waitress insisted on talking to us in barely-understandable English (she spoke to everyone else in Spanish--I guess being half Mexican wasn't dark enough for her taste). The food is "mehhh" at best, little greasy. My daughter waited at the counter for like 10 minutes teying to get menus...they walked past her ang ignored her like she was invisible. It was condescending and extremely irritating. Overall, today we hung out there for several hours while I was waiting for my car to be serviced (We ordered numerous drinks and 2 lunches). For all those hours, I clearly observed all the dark-skinned people being treated with smiles, a pleasant tone of voice, and prompt service. We were the only ones being it ignored. Additionally, they just let our garbage and used dishes pile up. The first tea they brought me was on a saucer. All the subsequent ones, they set the hot cup right on the wooden surface of the table. No wonder the tables was covered in sticky ring marks when we sat down. Finally, to use the bathroom, you have to walk outside around the entire building to the back because they are using the customer bathroom in front for storage.

Very rude, terrible customer service skills. Each time I've stopped by or called, the lady is so rude to us. You will no longer earn my business. It's not right for you to treat customers this way all the time.

Very friendly. Good attitude food excellent

Hit the spot! The beans were so well spiced. The service was excellent and the Cuban coffee was the best!
