Even with 8 people around making pizza when they opened, there wasn't a single clean table. I (like 4 others) had to brush last nights dinner off so I could place my food down. (Even after 25 minutes when I left they still hadn't cleaned any of the tables.)Pizza was quick and tasted fresh for the most part. Only issue was with the roasted garlic that tasted stale/old with little flavor.Pesto and garlic bread tasted great, even though they forgot the pesto drizzle. They also forgot the 2 red sauces I ordered. While they offer a good price for their food, the inability to deliver accurate food and having a dirty environment mean I'll be eating at other places.

Pizza crust looked like it was cooked well, good color on the crust and bottom, but it was a little chewy. Maybe the abundance of cheese made it more chewy, but I ordered the normal amount. I expected the crust to be more crispy being so thin. Pepperoni could have been crispier too. Maybe I'll try again some day, and tell them to cook it a little longer than normal.

I tried the Gluten free pizza crust with vegan cheese & all vegetables doe the 1st time.It was delicious!

Great place to eat. The Cashier that helped me, Andrea ,was helpful, friendly, and spoke very clearly. I will definitely be coming back to this location. One of the nicer ones I've been to. 5 STARS!

The male workers here seem to have a very sexist mindset. There’s a very white light skinned short male who seemed to always be annoyed when there would be females ordering. And I also noticed the manager was being rude to female customers and also sexist to his employees. The ladies here work hard I can tell and get mistreated. Definitely need to report this manager to corporate

No communication!!Crew directed me as to what I wanted on my BYO pizza.Super annoyed that no-friendly crew member in sight!! Even though the work space for prepping seemed over loaded with 15-17 people!! Would've been nice to know they were going to charge me for a BYO in my order of a traditional meat lovers when I added fresh mozzarella! Had I been told that, I would've loaded my pizza up,!! Super disappointed!!Not going THERE again!

Short Summary:Rude Employees,Missing Items from my order,Wrong items in my order,And lack of eye contact or clear communication.SKIP THIS LOCATION!It is straight Garbage Cans here! The guy at the front of the order process mumbled and was difficult to understand. He also didn’t seem to make any eye contact either. With covid masks on, it makes acknowledging people a bit more difficult, which is why contact is helpful when we are all wearing masks. Right? I tell the person my order and he wrote down the wrong thing. Happens. I said something before it went too far along. Which is meant that I have to restart the whole ordering process. Then because I want Jalapeños on my pizza it becomes a big deal. “Sir it won’t be a white top pizza any more, it will be a “build-your-own pizza now, DID YOU KNOW THAT!?”Sadly, no, I didn’t know that. But I still want the jalapeños, is that okay?It seemed to be a chore for sure.Once arriving at the cashier, it was a whole new ordeal. Lots of flustering through tickets. And it wasn’t that busy either. The cashier didn’t make eye contact. Mumbled . And was unclear about what my order was. I had to ask her to repeat if several times . And because her head was down, I was unable to understand her. Asking for clarity seemed to be upsetting her. So she shrugged her shoulders and gave a lazy belabored response. When my wife asked for pizza sauce for our cheese sticks, it became too much for her, “They are already included. You’ll get them in the box when it comes out.” How did I know she was upset? Because it was the only time I could actually hear her voice and understand her speaking. Something had to of shifted for her in the conversation to speak up and loudly like that. Then, once our order came, we got someone’s order. This is seriously bad location.Just skip it.

Experience here can vary depending on what time of day you come. Evenings are the worst. Staff just wants to go home, but just because store closes at 10PM doesnt mean at 9 start putting all ingredients away and tell your customers that there isnt anymore of certain ingredient when clearly they are stored just in another bin behind you. Saw countless of times staff turning around to grab ingredients just because they did not want to refill the bins upfront. Lazy young staff in my opinion, i guess its the age group. Some staff takes pride in making a pie, some just toss your ingredients wherever on the pizza or you ask for say any ingredient and they toss whatever they grabbed with their hand and place a bites worth of it. Staff needs to be trained properly.

Ordered an online pickup order with a pickup time an hour out. Waited half an hour after pickup time to finally get my order…toppings were incorrect. They locked the door 30 minutes before close so I had to get someone to come unlock the door because I was waiting outside. Would not recommend and will not be dining here again. Food was ok but not worth the wait.

Nothing beats being able to make your own pizza the way you like it,
