If the person at the register is new at least have some one with experience with them. I waited 45 minutes and they kept telling me it will be done in 5 minutes. I get my food and all my food is burnt will never go here again.
Placed an online order went after the time knowing they would be busy still waited an extra 10-15 minutes and then when they give me my food somehow it’s cold?? Makes no sense that we waited for an order and it was cold?
Eh, not the best one I’ve been to. Not the worst. Employees customer service could use a little brushing up. Also, one of my favorite managers there is gone, which is a bummer. Mike you were the best.
Went to pickup a delivery for doordash yesterday and I made the drink even though it’s a health code violation Henderson the 4 stars but they were nice to me and I appreciated that. So if I get orders in the future I will make the drinks because I can’t change how they do things. I tried and failed so I take it as a loss for the customers. I did ask them not to put the lid and seal in the cup.

Eat here all the time but lately they have been slow on online orders for pickup. Ordered my food an hour ago and still waiting on the food to be done. They also don’t let the grease drain out so the styrofoam is always leaky when I get home. It used to be so good here a couple years ago and not sure what happened, maybe poor management? Not sure.
Very rude to there delivery drivers and it’s not apart of our policy to do your job. Make the drinks. I should be able to walk in let you know what order I’m there for and wait until the order is ready and confirm pickup and leave.

Very good wings. I prefer some boneless wings and they hit the spot. The fries are pretty good and they have one of the best ranches. I'd say if you want to grab a cheap and tasty meal this hits the spot.
