Always a pleasant experience everytime I go here. Only disappointment was that they had stopped serving their new brussel sprouts. But the staff was very apologetic and took care of me. Great food and friendly staff as usual.
Horrible customer service. I don’t know if it was a new employee but they had him taking orders and then placed him to bag the food which he was incredibly slow at doing. All I ordered were fries and I took 20 minutes to get them, not to mention that my number had been buzzing for about 3 minutes and the fries hadn’t even been bagged yet. I even heard the other employee tell him “it’s just fries”. Will not be coming back.
Better than your average burger. Garlic aioli for the fries are a win and so is the Santa Barbara char.
Seen alot of people eating here and never tried there food, but Im glad we did!!! Very fresh food compared to other fast food locations. Worth it!!!
Today was my 1st time going to the local Habit. The staff was friendly however, they completely messed a very simple order up. My kid has food allergies so I have to get a plain burger and they couldn't get that right. The bad thing was that not only did they get it wrong but I didn't find out until I got home. Basically the burger went into the trash.
We will be back because of the amazing customer service. Xavier was respectful and kind. Thank you for the great fast food dining experience.

I come here about 2-3 times a week because it’s TOO GOOD to refuse. They really have the best variety of food, if you wanted to you could order a little healthier and get a great salad or dive into a nice juicy burger! This is by far the cleanest store I have ever been to as well. They really emphasize on making their store a clean and friendly environment. The staff is ALWAYS so nice & giving you great tips about new food on the menu! I would 10/10 recommended this place to eat!! (P.s) Their grilled chicken sandwich is to DIE for!
Fresh hot food, and delicious. The tempura green beans are a nice alternative to fries. I love the pepper bar too!
