Had to ask for our drink and the sauces that we ordered. The fries were soggy with grease. So disappointed. The quality is not in line with the price. ?
They can never seem to get the order right. As bad as Canes. ?
Fries were good, I am not really a fan of fries. But the chicken strips were completely devoid of any seasoning whatsoever. Seriously bland.
I'm glad I got the mild sauce, it was spicy enough for me.
Reached my tipping point... been coming here for years hoping for a different experience, but it is always the same. Chicken is cooked well (temp), yet never has any seasoning, you can't just smother in sauce and expect it to taste well. You know how they say, "it tastes like chicken"? Well that's because it is so bland it has no flavor. On top of that the "made to order" fries are soggy and over salted. Nothing against the cooks, just poor training and a low level of standards.
Very disappointing, over priced and underwhelming. We went through the drive thru and ordered a combo meal it came with 2 fries TWO! Seriously this has to be a joke. My best friend got the 5 chicken fingers and she said they were cold and the texture was grainy and off. (She was sick 4 hours later)We didn't realize the issues with our food until we got home. I called the restaurant and it just rang with no answer. I hung up and called back a few minutes later finally getting through I asked for a manager and then got hung up on.We heard they were good before moving to the new location but if this is any indication of their products and service I don't believe they will be around long.
They definitely have the BEST chicken strips I’ve ever tasted. I’ve tried a few of the sauces and so far, the Grizzly garlic is my favorite. The fries taste like butter and with the fry sauce….omg?.The place is a little slow and the people aren’t very friendly, but whatever. I’m always in the drive thru for a very long time, but I feel like it’s worth it every time.Definitely far superior over Cane’s. I highly recommend (the food).
I went to this place because I had heard it was good chicken. The Chicken is not bad, except their prices are ridiculously high. For that price you can have a steak at Cool Hand Luke's. My family loves fried chicken, but I honestly don't feel the price should. be that high. If you have a family of 4 your looking at about $60 dlls easy.
Have only tried the chicken strips here a few times. While I do believe that everything is fresh and freshly made, each time I've eaten here, the chicken is fairly tough, a little dry.
My worst experience in hanford got the family dinner they didnt even eat it the patties where all pink to pink!!! Some workers werent even wearing masks lastime we go there huge disapointment....
