I went into the one on 12th avenue we're not friendly at all I stood there for a couple minutes they just looked at me and kept doing the work around the food no one came to the counter I was just about ready to turn around and leave and a girl came up can I help you I think you can ordered my order and then I left they don't have to give me roses when I come through a door but they need to be a little bit more friendly I was out of my element I didn't like it will not return
The third time they mess up my order, "bring the food back to exchange" yea my kids were hungry also waited over 25 mins for my food. There quick to charge supreme price (which is what I ordered) but i received crunchy only. Didnt even offer to refund the extra money that I payed for Supreme! Really lousy customer service! Never again. My wife did tell me that location sucks!
This location sucks. I've been waiting for over a half an hour for my order and there have been others before me waiting for theirs also. Poor customer service.

I get a plain bean and cheese burrito and water... Dont eat fast food but that. They are nice and serve the food with a smile
The customer service at this location is at an all time low, the quality of the product is definitely suffering as a result, from missing items to botched orders I would recommend any of the other taco bell locations in Hanford over this one

Love this taco bell!! It was quick and the lady helping me was super sweet!!my food was pretty good even though I ordered something I never ordered before.. I ordered whatever box the lady had suggested with chalupa, burrito and taco with nachos and the new icee with cherry!! Excellent meal even though way too much and all under $10 bucks..
I am writing this email because I am very disappointed With the service of the taco Bell on Lacey Blvd., Hanford, CA they’ve got in my order wrong multiple times I’ve had missing food and today I got a Taco without meat Is disappointing when you spend your money there in you’re not happy or satisfied
