Lack of customer service/poor customer service:My husband ordered a couple of sandwiches via mobile order and upon picking them up and coming home, we realized that my sandwich was made toasted even though it was ordered as a cold sandwich. I also ordered provolone and did not get any cheese. My husband’s meatball melt had a weird thick layer of bread crumbs on the bottom.My husband went back and the employee working (didn’t catch name—Caucasian male with brown curly hair) took my husband’s sandwiches back, checked to make sure my husband wasn’t lying lol, then ripped the receipt off the original bag and started making them again. Employee wasn’t rude but wasn’t exactly people friendly.Definitely check your sandwiches before you leave the store :/
Fresh tuna, fresh bread and fresh everything else. No line, either~this was around 4:30, before the dinner rush Th is shop is at 11th & Fargo and gets slammed at lunch and around 5:30.
They are fine I think they just had trainees that day
The worker was rude and threw my bag at me yesterday when I order a melt. She should be fired from working with people.
Subway off 11th Avenue is the one I would go to I'll tell you why I ordered a sandwich for my daughter, bread was to be toasted the lady making the sandwich give me another one in case my daughter didn't like it at no charge I thought that was fantastic that's good Personnel work at that store I suggest everybody if they get a chance go there!!
the guy helping us gave better service than anyone ever has at subway..he was great
Sabrina, the manager at this location, wraps the cookies so they don't get stale! Great customer service and I'm not going to any other locations than this one from now on.
Low on some supplies but sandwich was good and service was great today.
