The lady who waited on me at drive thru is always nice and professional.
This isn’t in regards to my order but rather to how they talk to the customers on the drive thru. I walked in on Tuesday June 21 in the afternoon and the gentleman working in the store was talking on his headset to someone in the drive thru. After who knows what happened, the guy on the headset turned it off and said “who TF do I look like?!” Or something to that effect. The other girls working there laughed and didn’t seem phased. All this to say, the employees seem to talk s*#t about you if you have questions or requests about the menu. I just wonder what they said about me the times I had questions about certain drinks. They didn’t mess up my order nor have they ever and this location is pretty quick compared to the other Hanford stores but it was disappointing to hear the employees talk bad about customers in front of other customers. Do that on your break like the rest of us lol
Great service great drinks
Don’t know why other starbucks have been closed but went to this location and it was packed through the drive through and even inside. This girl named Michelle was nice enough to let me know it was going to be a wait and was very nice and the guy making the drinks was as well nice. Could tell they were working their butts off as a team. Great location and friendly staff.
This location always gets my order right and it is always delicious! They are all so nice
They’re usually good with orders but this Starbucks can’t seem to make a cold brew right. Ordered twice and they gave me iced coffee with whipped cream, even had ice cubes. Very disappointed, paying $4-6 for the wrong coffee is very upsetting.
They NEVER make my drink right. And I order something different almost everytime. Won't be coming to this location anymore.

I don't know what happened to old morning crew because the new crew is slow!! I arrived @ 5:34 am this morning I didn't get my coffee til 5:47 am and it was only 1 car ahead of me smh!! I was late to work . Also they've been slow the last few days
