This Starbucks and their staff they not very welcoming it's as if they are all angry anyhow they seem to always not make your order as it's requested .I asked for a refresher no ice no water just the juice they filled my cup up half ways I ordered a trenta the lady handed me the drink half full said thank you ,I asked her if she could feel it up she did but she said for future references ask for more strawberries honestly I didn't understand what she meant. I don't care much for their ice because the Hanford / Lemoore water taste funky and when they throw strawberries it's a bunch or dust . And besides Their drinks aren't as tasty as the other Starbucks around Hanford .

the last 2 times i went i had gotten pink drinks both times, and both of those times they had rotten coconut milk in them, and today i went to this location again, may as well give it a chance, and i ordered a mocha cookie frappe with extra cookies, there was bo cookies in my drink only on top AND my drink wasnt sweet. at all. i asked all my family members to try it and they all said it was gross, it was extremely bitter as if no sweeteners were added to it.
Man, I would say that these particular starbucks employees sre NOT amongst the brightest of the lot, I bring my personal cup to cut a little on waste, order my drink (with NO wipp) and hand over my cup to the girl behind the counter who then proceeds to grab a paper cup, put the label on it and my cup inside of it!, then the girl making the drinks takes my personal cup out of the paper one, makes a drink (with wipp) and pours it in the paper cup, brings it to the pick-up area and walks away, so there i sit waiting for my drink, later the girl who took my order comes around the counter to give the other one a hand, mind you there is only one other customer inside, she reads the name of the paper cup and looks at me saying "your coffee is ready" and when I point out that its not my cup she then proceeded to grab mine from the counter, scoop out and trow away the melted wipp from the drink, and simply pour the same coffe into my cup and yes, you guessed it, put more wipp on it! I just grabbed my cup and left, pour the coffee in the planters as I was walking to my car and went to 7/11, bought a $1.25 coffee#kidsthesedays #nodiplomaneeded #tobedumblikethat
Not only is this location slow, but they ALWAYS mess up my order every time I come. As you can see from my mobile order it’s a “splash of heavy cream”. I asked for a splash. Now I’m left with nothing but a cream drink. Can these baristas not comprehend what a splash mean? I had to toss it out and go to a different location that did not mess up on my order.
Iced coffee has been tasting bitter and disgusting lately. Extremely dark with a nasty aftertaste. It was my go to for almost 3 years, save yourself the hassle and go to the Costco location. The workers are friendly and welcoming however the coffee itself doesn’t taste nowhere near what it’s supposed to be.

I go there all the time and get my drinks. This time i ordered 2 frapps and they were terrible so i called and told them i took the drinks back and they were so rude about it i couldn't believe it. They need to learn better customer service and how to treat their customer's. And they need to learn how to do inventory and have their napkins and straws filled. If i was a secret shopper they would have failed miserably. That's the store on 11th & Lacey.
