So here's the thing, if you advertise a product that is completely drenched in barbecue sauce, and then sell a product that is barely drizzled with barbecue sauce, you are a cheat and a fraud. I'm not saying the food was necessarily bad, but I didn't get what I ordered.Incidentally, the person I spoke to inside was very rude, I pushed the button to tell him that we were here and we ordered online, and as soon as I said that he just hung up on me, didn't say another word.
The flamboyant man on the drive through speaker was rude. Poor attitude in his tone of voice. As a person who also works customer service, attitude is everything.
This place could take a page from chil FIL a when it comes to service. Honestly don't know why I came back again but I won't again. They take forever to get your food out. The teenage employees look stressed out so yeah definitely clown management.
Went to sonic and 25 minutes my family and I got an incomplete order. After bringing it to the attention of the person bringing the food to our car they went back in and it took 20+ minutes to get the rest of our order(one order of honey bbq chiken). My family and I have always enjoyed stopping at sonic for drinks but after today this will be the last time.
Food and drinks where decent, but the service was horrible, the guy at the window looked dirty, and was not very helpful, just pushy, and that didnt help get the drinks out any faster... not my favorite sonic to visit...
Not sure if the guy was by himself or not. It seemed that way. No notices posted. There were two cars. We only ordered 2 drinks. Twenty minutes later, we still had no drinks.
Took 45 min for a milkshake soda and pretzel and was told it's because they were short staff. I get it I'm sorry but 45 to an hour for those no not cool
When I went to the Drive Thru, it took about 30+ minutes to get my order. When I got to the window and after watching the movements, I noticed ONE guy (tall slim one) doing all the work, taking orders, filling drinks, running the orders to the cars outside in addition to the drive thru and likely cooking too because he went to the back for a while. The food came out good at least.However, the other person with him was just sitting in the back doing nothing. He was a heavier set person with a beard. Only looked at the orders and walked away.
Longest wait I've ever had at a sonic. Finally got to the window after waiting 15 minutes in line just to see one person working and 2 others playing on their phones and taking selfies (a "bigger" girl with 2 color hair and a skinny guy with black-ish hair). By the time I got my food, it was cold and the bottom of my ice-bag was already melting. Management needs to get their people under control. No reason to have to wait 30+ minutes for "fast-food" and it still be messed up and cold.
Waited 40 minutes to get our orders mixed up. When we received our order, items were missing. The food that we did received were not what we had ordered. The burgers we got were cold, along with the fries. The buns on the burgers were burnt. I believe the staff did not do a good job, I had never experienced bad service like i did today at this restaurant. Worse experience of my life, worse than McDonald's. I do not recommend this restaurant, not even to my worse enemies. The letteus on the #5 combo were supper old, it was not fresh at all. I was not expecting expensive ingredients but come on now. I wasted my time, my money for the worse service of my life. I almost broke a tooth trying to take a bite out of the #5 chicken sandwich. I never write bad review because i am very understanding but this was just not okay. This restaurant needs change, new manager, new business structure. They need to satisfy the customers, I now see a lot of bad review and no changes being made.
