I called and ordered a Large Gournet Vegitarn with Stephen the Manager. At no time did they disclose the order was being delivered by Door Dash.I waited my 1 hour delivery time. The driver never showed nor did my pizza.I called a third time and Spoke to Stephen again. He offered to re make and upsize for no additional fee. Stephen guaranteed me he would have his Round Table driver deliver but it would be another hour.The staff needs to be better trained and to tell guests this Round Table uses a third party delivery service.Unacceptable
If you like waiting 50 minutes for a pizza, employees not working just kicking back.
The staff was rude when we ate here for the first time. It was a tall girl in the cashier around 7:30pm April 21st. They have been chatting while staring at us when they said they were gonna clean a table for us. And yes all the tables were dirty that means they haven't been doing some work. She said "we can bus one" like it's what's ur suppose to do anyway. She sounded like she didn't wanna do it specially when we were just waiting there for a table and they just kept chatting with the other staff. Never ever going here again I don't even know why she got hired. This is the first time I wrote a rating because we were really disappointed. They didn't even clean the tables good or even sanitized it. There were still crumbs everywhere
Restrooms were filthy - almost left because of them, but had already ordered food. Which took 45 minutes to get a medium pizza. Most tables were dirty when we entered, only a couple of clean ones to pick from. Last time we will ever visit a Round Table anywhere because of this lousy experience!
Food was amazing but fir 2 large pizza and 4 drinks 2 salads ? I paid $150
If I could give less than one star, I would. My friend was at my house and ordered pizza over the phone for delivery. She paid with my card over the phone and we waited for our pizza. When it arrived, I tipped the driver in cash, did not sign a receipt and was not given one. A few days later, I was checking my account and noticed that I was charged 86.17 for the pizza. We had ordered 2 large pizzas and breadsticks so I knew that was not correct!I called back 3 separate times to get this issue resolved. The first time, I was told the manager on shift could not help me with my issue and that I needed to call back the next day between 8 and 12 to speak to the store manager. I called back the next day, he was not there. The employee I talked to apparently called him and informed me that he would be in the next day and to call back at 9 with my bank statement handy to discuss the issue. I called back at 9 the next day and GUESS WHAT? The store manager had apparently called in sick. THANKFULLY I spoke with another supervisor, Terry, who was very helpful. He took down my information and looked into the issue. He called me back in a timely manner and informed me that the overcharge was a TIP ADJUSTMENT of $24! WHO ON EARTH TIPS 24 dollars for pizza?!?!?! He also told my husband that the way it was charged, it was added on by the person who took the order as a tip over the phone, not a tip after the fact on the receipt. Terry gave us a refund of $24 for the tip adjustment, but either way that is some SHADY STUFF going down. I was with my friend the whole time she was on the phone, she NEVER gave a tip over the phone. Round table, you should look into how your employees handle things, because that is not right. Now, you're out $24 and your employees walked away with that money.

Service was slow and food was overcooked. They were really busy so we are going to give them another try another time after the holidays.

It was horrible!Our pizza was cold when brought out.They ran out of ice for the drinks.They ran out of quarters for the games.We reserved a room for a party and it was dirty when we arrived.The staff were trying but I think the managment needs some training.
